What I don’t like is the games lag a lot of times and I do like that the redemptions are fast except I redeemed today and it was refund back to them and now I have to wait for it to process again. If they can issue it to my new card I would give 5 stars. I haven’t got a response to my ticket either

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT gamble here they will straight up steal your money with convenient glitches mid spin or deal where the program will then reload and keep whatever you bet as well as complete reset the game so any strategy you were using will be wiped out giving you no chance to make it back. This isn’t a bad beat it’s stealing this site is a fraud and will steal from you. This happened to me a few times across a couple days and games before I complained and they gave me a $3 credit. STAY AWAY you have been warned.

5 Stars for poker gameplay. Unfortunately they are leaving NY due to pending legislation. They did not give much time at all for players to pull funds (about 15 days). I give them leniency because I do think they are acting in good faith. NY legislator is currently in the process of passing a law that bans all sweepstakes websites, and it's looking like it will pass. Clubspoker took initiative and left early. Sucks, but that's how it is. Not their fault, and is entirely on the NY government for being overzealous.

Clubs Poker is my favorite sweeps poker site offered in the US. Its the only site that offers all variants of poker games. Very quick redemptions once verified. Would highly recommend over Global and Clubwptgold if having timely competent support is something important for your experience.

By far the best card room for American players I’ve found. The RNG seems very legit and as close to live poker as it comes. Great iOS/android phone app. I definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to play cards for $ or for fun!

I was impressed by the professional and prompt customer service I've received from Clubs Poker. Isobel and Sabrina especially have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide updates whenever I asked. The software is smooth and user friendly, with plenty of ideal features for poker such as auto top-up, auto buyin, multi-tabling, running it twice, etc. I would highly recommend this site.
