I've been playing for 2 to 3 months. You get a win here and there to keep you coming back, but I think it's rigged. The site gives 2 to 3 players a pretty good to really good hand to want to stay in. Most of the time, all go all in. 1 winner. It's online poker, so I know it's BS. Meaning people online play differently when playing vs playing in person.

Daily bonus reduced to $.20 from $.50. This place is going under soon, DO NOT DEPOSIT! I've seen this happen before! Sites reduce the bonus, cut features and then they exit scam with your money!

After logging into my account this morning I noticed that my daily login bonus went from $0.50 a day down to $0.20 cent a day. I must say I thought the .50 cent was low, but just dealt with it and accumulated it a few days so I could play a few spins. But now it's unacceptable. Supposed to be free to Play and it seems they want to give the bare minimum possible. As a VIP member I should be getting free sweepstakes coins monthly or weekly but that's not happening. I'm so disgusted with this place. I'm done. I'm getting rid of the app and I'm warning others to stay away.

When playing in a tournament after about half of the players are gone, the algorithm switches to who has the most chips wins if more than two people are in a pot with all-ins who has the most chips at the beginning of the hand is who will win. it’s not poker anymore. It’s figuring out the algorithm and playing against it.

I've had to contact customer support on several occasions! Sometimes it would be a minor issue or like 1 time a very serious issue (banned account)!!! The very serious issue was handled very professionally and after everything was verified that I hadn't broken any rules whatsoever they quickly unbanned my account allowing me to access it to play again! Granted I was a little frustrated knowing I hadn't broken ant rules whatsoever which luckily I had everything I needed to verify so! The customer support was quick to contact me with any information I left out allowing me to reply back with the necessary information they required! After unbanning my account I realized that I couldn't make any purchases at all so I contacted customer support with my issue and they quickly responded asking for screenshots so they could see what the issue was! After I sent all necessary information to them about the issue they quickly resolved the matter for me and contacted me within the next 15-20 minutes letting me know everything should be resolved allowing me to make purchases but should Something still be wrong please don't hesitate to contact us here at customer support! I've always had awesome customer support from Clubs poker and honestly believe them to be 1 of the best if not the best customer support out there! The only issue I would say that they need to work on is when they receive an email about an issue your currently having via a reply to on a previous issue you had cause it doesn't seem like they actually check emails from past issues however there is absolutely a few that do respond back from previous issues if you sent a reply to them about a new issue you're having!
