Horrible experience so far. Have had to submit 3 different support tickets and waiting to hear back from customer support. I made a purchase that came with free plays. Used the free plays won some money and then the game stopped working and those winnings never fell into my account. Then on 2 separate occasions I played 2 different games that both landed on bonus symbols and the bonus game never triggered! Horrible with technical issues and errors in their games, I better get my money back! Stay away from this site!

i put in for a redemption on 9/8 its 9/16 and no redemption how can i play when i dont get any return this is not acceptable

What a joke, I've heard people complain how at the exact wrong time somehow there play freezes up or they get kicked off while leading and let back in just before Lossing out. Seen it for myself twice tonight. Have the best hand the game froze or kicked me off. After winning three tournaments to get to this one it made me watch aa it allowed me in with absolutely fold hands. And froze me out every good hand or when I had nuts causing me to have to sit and watch my money being taken. This site really is b.s.

I've had plenty of fun and yes , this place is legit and I have pulled off a lot of money. But I have loaded much more then i have won, the more you win, The less staff and support team is willing to do for you. They shadow becoming a VIP with gifts, but pay attention, those gifts get more expensive over time. And if you ask them to give you your data on how much you've loaded and bought gold coins packages that come along with money. Versus how much you pulled out , you are left ignored and not even replied to. I recently had an epic win and I turned around and loaded more into their app.But since i've won , they will not budge or will not do anything that makes me feel like a vip. It would be an amazing casino and app to gamble on but the support team needs a grand overhaul.
