The welcome packs was a good incentive. Then I won $1000.00! There customer service was very helpful and understanding. They took the time to make sure I understood everything. I rarely get service line that these days and it was a pleasure to get it.

I have had all good experiences when dealing with Clubs Poker. I have played online for several years on several different websites. Clubs has been the most fun to play on. Their support people have always been quick to respond to any questions I have.

Wish the slots wouldn't hang up, or error out when you're spinning them, but I was able to hit decently last night, and already received my redemption this morning.

Alright, first things first- I decided to write a review after I received my payout - and that was above 1k. Yes, it took a week but I got my $$$ - which is most important. Pros: -Good games, ppl are chatting, throwing shit at each other, tilting, and just being human - I didn't get that experience on all the sites I've played. -Support is responsive and fast which I appreciate. -I got my payout - SUPER important. - Rake is bearable compared to ALL other sites like clubGG/WPT gold. Cons: - Occasional website bugs which include: disconnects and you have to click 'reconnect'. It can be frustrating, but doesn't happen often. -Sitout time is 3minutes. It's not a lot ,especially if you want to take a shit or take a piss without a stress. Gotta squeeze them bowels. If anything else changes - for better OR worse - I will edit or let you know in a new comment. I think 4 stars is definitely SOLID for the new website like this. Fix the disconnect/software bugs and this site would earn my 5 star review. Peace.

I am a 54 year old working grandma with 5 kids and 11 grandkids. I love slots. I play all the popular sites, so I tried this new one. It was fast, easy sign up deposit ready instantly. I've played the poker tournaments and the slots. Had good luck, until redeeming. Turns out my bank was the problem, Club Poker on the same day notified me and stayed with it and I had my redemption within 2 hours!! SAME DAY!! WITHIN 2 HOURS!! That's incredible, nobody not the best would have helped me that quick, they made me feel like a VIP!
