I gave a good review based on our initial transaction. However this no longer is a valid review bc it's not who I truly are. Your casino is a bunch of ripoffs. You said I made a deposit with a credit card ending in a number that I've never heard of. I deposit of $5. Tried to redeem my last win you asked for the author owner of this credit card. It was a $5 transaction you say. Are you locked me out of my account and won't let me view the transaction won't let me see the person's name that's on the transaction but I'm supposed to produce something that I have no knowledge of. I think you made the credit card number of yourself I've never heard of it. So therefore this is your true review. The next one was irrelevant. From sign up to deposit to kyc to withdraw. Easiest and best casino ever. Not once through this process did I have to seek out customer support staff! Not once. Unbelievable. I submitted my withdrawal request and it was in my account the next day. I know where I'll be making my deposits I don't care what anybody else is I'm telling you I went through hundreds of casinos looking for this. Thank you clubspoker!

Awesome site, been looking for something like this since black friday. Nice that I don’t really have to deposit at all since they give away SC daily but eventually I plan on grinding a 50nl roll up here

I joined this site a few days ago and was having a lot of fun on it. After a few days of playing, and and deposits totaling exactly $4,000 over 4 days of play, I received a letter that I would be limited to $1,000/monthly of play. The reason given by Margaret was as follows, and I quote: "We have noticed that your recent activities show succeeding large purchases followed by minimal gaming and then a redemption. We would appreciate it if you play through your coins and have an enjoyable experience." To be clear, I played through my balance exactly 1x, as is required by their Terms of Use. I played Blackjack, in a normal fashion, as offered by their platform, without any malarkey. I bought the coin packages they offered. . . Why on earth was I limited for playing with your coins as you offer them, that you permitted me to purchase, that I played through as your redeemable coins tracker you implemented instructed me, and did so playing the games you choose to host as they are presented? It's rather unfair to hold someone to terms of use that are not in your terms of use. I will consider removing this post in the event your customer service makes this matter right by removing my limit.

They are holding my redemption hostage because the credit card images I sent in are not signed, and they require them to be signed. The problem is that Clubs Poker is living in the past (circa 2018) when signature strips on the back of credit cards was "a thing". All of my credit cards are metal and do not have signature strips. How the heck does one sign the back of a credit card without a signature strip?!? To boot- they limited my account to $1000.00/month after making exactly 3 purchases. Don't bother signing up guys. Waste of time and energy. Will update this review when/if they resolve these issues. Update 8/1/24 - They did release my redemption a few days after I posted this. On the flip side, I am unable to give a higher star rating as they limited my account to $1000/month after making exactly 3 purchases. Not sure why they think 3 purchases is excessive...pretty odd....
