They changed their rating system and after 3 years on the platform, I was at the highest rating (5 stars/850) then all of a sudden with this change I was knocked down to just 1 star. Many others have also been "restricted" that had high ratings and got knocked down as well. They have lost a lot of good, long time participants with no explanation as to why.

After spending years on the platform, over 3,000 approved projects/studies the platform decides it needs a new rating system which by the way took months to do after "igniting", this system decided to give me and many others 1 star ratings meaning we don't have access to studies or projects. Apparently, this site will toss you to the side even if you do good and honest work. Don't waste your time on this site because it has changed for the worse. They don't care about you and won't even bother helping you if you have an issue. My hope is things change for the better, but for now stay away from this site, it's good for nothing at the moment.

I was only on there for a month. For some reason I have been restricted and so have other people who have had perfect scores and on there for years because of some new bogus scoring system. I have over 1 Million points on swagbucks and never got "Restricted" They are scammy and doing illegal things.

Absolute terrible ai system they setup that blocked all of their long time users. Researchers please go elsewhere and do not use cloud research!!

Garbage new update to the site. Used to have a great user score, went from 5 stars to 2 over the night with no rhyme or reason. I just checked my account, I have close to 8,000 (been on here since the website launched in 2022) approved submissions and 6 lifetime rejections, last one I received in the summer of 2025. Now my account is limited and the number of studies I get had dwindled. Surely they must be using some garbage form of AI that has a lot of users unhappy right now as its unfairly ranking good users as flawed. I have to give this site a 1/5 stars, just an all around garbage experience right now and their support is utterly useless too as they are just brushing away concerns now when they have responded to users' concerns on their subreddit.

Used to have a 5 star rating on this site, before they changed it recently, and it dropped down to a 1 star with no reasonable explanation given. Despite having been on this platform for years, and having very few rejections, I've suddenly been declared as a low quality participant. With no more studies, I'm totally done with this site and their nonsensical rating system....

Absolutely horrendous experience working with them. Had barely any rejections with over 2,000 completed projects. Never used ai, and always paid very careful and thoughtful attention throughout. Woke up to my account randomly going from 5 stars to 1 star and not being able to do studies anymore. Their support doesn't even respond. I'm not the only one this has happened to either, they are silently doing this to a multitude of longtime users like me who had very good statistics.

After a year of doing good, quality work, suddenly waitlisted (banned) out of the blue with countless others… just purged for no reason. This platform should be boycotted! Zero fairness or integrity! Beware of this disreputable organization!
