I guess 3 years of consistent work on this platform means nothing when they can instill a nonsense rating system that gives you a low score that’s impossible to bring back up because they restricted your access to surveys due to said low score.

Was using the site for about 4 years with no issues. They implemented a new rating system and now I get zero studies. Don’t waste your time.

The rating system on this platform is seriously flawed. People with no rejections are reportedly receiving ratings as low as 1, while others are getting a 5, with seemingly nothing in between. It feels like an easy way to remove people from the platform without providing a legitimate reason or explanation. If you're thinking about posting a study here, I would strongly recommend considering your options first. From my experience, this company seems to have little regard for either its workers or requesters. I feel terrible for everyone who has been negatively affected by what appears to be poor decision-making and a lack of accountability. Things are difficult enough already without companies treating people this way.

I have over 1700 approved submissions and one rejection and they have essentially blocked me from new surveys. They have given me a 1-star rating despite them saying approval rating is the most important factor in their new "rating system". They refuse to be transparent and either their new system is flawed or they have a duplicituous agenda.

I built a pristine track record of 860 total submissions with absolute zero rejections, taking pride in doing things the right way. One day I'm consistently making $25 a day, and overnight the dashboard goes completely dead to a 1-star rating and zero earnings. To make matters worse, I have $25 in actual earnings and another $30 sitting in pending that I can't access. When you try to reach out and get a decent explanation for this sudden drop-off, you hit a total brick wall. Absolute silence from support. No accountability, no customer service, and hard-earned cash held hostage by an arbitrary system. If this is how they treat contributors who maintain a 100% clean record, it’s not a platform—it's a trap.

As most people know, they made a faulty rating system in which some people with no rejections were rated 1 while others rated 5. Funny how no one is rated in between. This is clearly a way to knock people off the platform without having to give people a valid explanation. If you are someone considering putting up a study on the platform, please think twice. This is a crooked company that doesn't care about the workers or the requesters. Add me to the list of people who randomly went down to a 1 star quality score. I saw returned studies as one of the reasons why your score can go down but it looks like they removed that. Been on the platform since it first started, was one of the beta testers. Guess we’re both 1 starred now
