If zero stars was an option I would give it that. Terrible company did all the verification steps and then got denied in one minute and then they don’t reach out to you to explain anything. Just a lazy shitty company.

I've worked with Cloud for years now and they are quick to respond, flexible, & provide good quality respondent data. We've worked with Josef on dozens of projects, and he is always knowledgeable, helpful and adaptable. We also recently worked with Tommy who helped us boost recruitment through flexible solutions.

I used the 'Managed Research' Services to run a client user experience flow including a short survey with about 300 participants. It was a great way to get 300 users review the UI of an app we built and get feedback, all within one week from start. This is a id scamming website, they just cheat you to answer some questions, then ask you to verify using your face and id and then say they cannot on board you. There is no actual earning at all. So they are just cheating your ID and probably selling to whoever buys it to do you know what stuffs. I'm regretting my ID is being stolen now and no way to ask them to delete it. (even they said they have delete will you trust that?)

I used Cloud Research's Managed Research service to help collect survey data for an academic research project. The project manager Tommy Roggina was helpful throughout and the overall experience was very positive and stress-free. I would be happy to use Cloud Research again if the need arises.

After going thru many steps to request my first payout and verify my bank info, I went back to check my dashboard and an instant message popped up stating “access denied”. Evidently this company does not like to pay, seems very shady be very careful. Now I am scared and have to call bank and have them change everything to new bank account .
