CloudbedsReviews of cloudbeds.com

I have been using cloudbeds at our resort - Hotel Holiday Resort,Puri for the last 5 years and would highly recommend for its easy to use and navigate the feature setup. It is very secure and keeps the leaders worry free from any misuse. We have seen an increase of 30% in our direct commission free website bookings via the cloudbeds booking engine. Cloudbeds enabled us to partner with more than 20 online portals and also sell on goole mybusiness which immediately increased our online presence for reservations.

I own two hostels and other properties, I have used Cloudbeds for a few years now as well as other systems. There are ALWAYS issues. I am out of their payment system for two days, which means I have hundreds of people who cannot pay by card and they take, until now 48h without even replying. I tried to call my account manager and emailed her for days now with no answer. She is absolutely useless to be honest. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen on any service. I do not recommend at all using them as a Channel Manager. There are so much better ones out there that colleagues and friends use.

I have been using Cloudbeds for several months now and I must say that it has exceeded my expectations in every way. As a cloud-based hospitality management solution, it offers everything that a hotel or vacation rental property could need to manage their business more efficiently and effectively. The software is very easy to use and navigate, with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to access all the features and functions. The dashboard is also very customizable, allowing me to easily tailor it to my specific needs and preferences. One of the things I love most about Cloudbeds is the way it integrates seamlessly with other systems, such as payment gateways and booking engines. This has made it much easier for me to manage reservations and payments, and has helped to streamline my operations overall. In addition, the support team at Cloudbeds is exceptional. They are always available to answer questions and help with any issues that may arise, and they are very knowledgeable about the product and the hospitality industry in general. Overall, I would highly recommend Cloudbeds to anyone looking for a cloud-based hospitality management solution. It's a great product that has made my life as a property manager much easier and more efficient.

Once you experience their customer service, you will have trouble not satisfying other customer services from other platforms. Their CS is superb. Everyone is very knowledgeable with different challenging questions!

Adri was a rockstar. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Give her a raise!

A PMS system with many errors and limitations. We have a smaller hotel with 30-40 rooms and have been operating since October 2022 (6 months). We have experienced many errors and limitations in the system that haven't been resolved. Their support can be contacted and the level of service is very different, but generally you get their standard answer is that you can upload your wish in their "Idea Board" They get 2 stars because it is possible to make reservations in their system

Cloudbeds is user-friendly and intuitive. And on times that you stumble upon something you're not sure of, Cloudbeds support is quick to answer to your inquiries and they explain everything very thoroughly. We're glad we started our operations with Cloudbeds - it has made a lot of processes (both front end and back end) more efficient and easier to handle.

Disappointed with customer service. I've run into issues with booking sources since we went live. It's causing a lot of guest frustration and cancelations. I'm trying to finish development of my hotel and manage cleaning and new bookings and haven't been able to find answers in their written "knowledge base". I'm pretty sure all of my questions can be answered in a 20 minute phone call, but can't speak to anyone.
