I am new in the hospitality business and for me as IT Director and as an user, it has been a very useful tool, with an excellent and friendly user interface, powerfull reports section (Data Insights), timely and efficient support, the onboarding process was very detailed and covered all the areas of the operations of the hotel. The KB is great, it has a wide collection of articles that explains with a high level of details how to perform the transactions in the platform. Finally, Cloudbeds is being consolidating as a complete solution for the hospitality sector.

Cloudbeds, without a doubt, is one of the best hotel management software solutions in the current market. Since we implemented this PMS in our establishment, we have witnessed an incredible transformation in the way we manage and operate our hotel. I would like to highlight the following key features: intuitive and user-friendly interface, comprehensive functionality in one place, powerful booking engine and channel management, exceptional customer support and service, security and reliability, and continuous innovation. I would highly recommend Cloudbeds to any hotelier looking to take their hotel management to the next level.

What's the most important thing for a program like this? A properly functioning calendar so that potential guests can see what dates are available, which are not, and available durations of stay. This product can't properly support that very basic entry-point need. The calendar booking is an absolute DISASTER! I lost a $30,000 booking because the person was so frustrated and confused by it that they didn't think we were legit. They had slick marketing, good sales team that was very responsive, all sorts of awards they claim, but the product is total garbage. I fell for it, but you shouldn't! Once we signed-up, there was almost NO customer service. We've been waiting for them to fix a problem for 2-months now, without any progress. We identified a substantial problem in their booking calendar functionality (once someone selects an arrival date, the available departure dates are NOT accurate - it shows dates 'available' that are actually 'booked'). So guests can't accurately see how long they can stay, and instead it returns a message saying 'We're sorry, but there are no available accommodations for your selected dates. Please modify your dates above to search again..." And guess what, you lose bookings. You lose LOTS of bookings. If people can't book your property, what good does this product do? We have been wildly patient as they claimed to be working to fix the problem. Its been over 2 months and still no progress. I requested a refund, and they denied it. What a joke. If not a fraud.

We were extremely excited at the beginning of our relationship with them, but now, over the last year and a half we are a bit disappointed. A major issue is the consistent (weekly, at this point) slew of technical issues we experience. Last week, the credit card in a guest reservation did not reflect that they were charged (even though Cloudbeds said they were charged and we will receive payment), sometimes Cloudbeds does not get updated after an OTA adjusts a reservation, often, the website is just extremely slow/buggy. It just seems that they are expanding too quickly for the dev team to keep up. Nonetheless, every piece of software has their own issues, however, the way they recover from these issues is what sets a decent service from a stellar one. The single biggest issue I have with Cloudbeds is the abysmal customer support. No phone support--only chat messages. Since most of their issues affect many clients at once, it means their live chat support gets backlogged. You might wait 45 mins to get a response just to have someone say they are unable to resolve the issue and must escalate it. I will say, if Cloudbeds worked, it would work well.

João has been really smart to help me to fix our problem with our channel manager, he dedicated to em all time necessary and he was in all time workingg with kindness and patience.

We changed to Cloudbeds and have regretted our decision. The product was oversold and we now find out that the integration with OTA's to be difficult with VRBO telling me today that they only have 1 property operating under a project and that we will not be able to go live for at least a month. The payment system which we were really interested in installing does not work with OTA's. So far we are not impressed. The onboarding promises have not been honored and we are constantly contacting support for help, which is non existance. Live Chat is a Joke with a couple of hours wait to be told that they can't help and they will pass it on to Technical. Modules from University do not provide enough information or the system does not work - such as Price Differential to change all prices at once
