CloudbedsReviews of cloudbeds.com

Trabajar con Cloudbeds fue un acierto. Se puede gestionar el hotel de manera más sencilla y cómoda, automatizando procesos y en general facilitando el trabajo. Muchas gracias a Javier, Maite y Joao por su atención personalizada. 10/10

Cloudbeds is absolutely terrible in every aspect. Since I integrated my hotel there have been ongoing serious technical issues with the Cloudbeds Software. The customer support is almost non existent. "Live Chat" is some soulless chat bot that gives nothing. There is no other form of technical support. This software has already cost the business a significant amount in lost revenue. Also many annoyed guests. Absolute rubbish software.

Initial thoughts: So far the experience with Renato Machado, first, and Maria Garcia afterwards, had been very good. But after I went live this morning I had some issues for which support has not yet been available. It would be good if instead of just email or the chat, there was a customer support line we could call. Talking about the chat, my experience has so far not been very good, as the connection closed twice and forcing me to each time open another chat, having to provide the same information I already had, and going to end of the queue each time.

Wasted our time and money

Worse support ever. Do not recommend. Use to be OK back in 2020. Now it is beyond a joke. It will cost you money trying to get support to get any help. And lord help you if you try and run more then one property. There support team is a absolute joke

All started Ok when we transferred to Cloudebeds. However customer service is getting worse and worse. There is no 24/7 customer service. Not on the weekends and the wait for a response is long during the week. No phone access anymore. I assume they are short staffed but for me it's a red flag. Generally I'm OK with the overall use of the software allthough it's a bit complicated. Not intuitive. But we are set up now and I need help for which I have to wait for days.

We decided to immigrate to Cloudbeds from our previous PMS a few weeks ago and we just put it under operation a couple of days ago, but we do regret it from day 1. The support is basically non-existent. We have been left alone for the last three days since the data import has been unsuccessful and our previous data has not been imported. We are now dealing with overbookings, missed bookings, etc. without any help and an irresponsive onboarding and data-import team. I wish we had never chosen Cloudbeds.

I've continually had prompt and productive assistance from the Cloudbeds team, thank you to you all.
