I had a cat auto-feeder C20 that lasted many many years, too bad they don't make that model anymore but I will try the new one, my cat has fussy whisker syndrome when he eats.

Customer service is beyond excellent! Our fish feeder was not working; it was replaced and was here within a couple of days. Can’t say enough about the great service this company provided! (And everyone was so pleasant that I spoke to! Hard to find anymore!)

Amazingly fast response to include a replacement of my 2 year old P7000 Auto Fish Feeder. I’m glad that I registered the product when purchased as it extended the warranty to 3 years.

The feeder is an amazing product for the price. This is my second purchase. The current Promo coupon makes this product even more amazing. My granddaughters were coming to visit three days from the arrival of my feeder. At that time there were no large fish around my dock. After the three days of feeding, my grandkids caught plenty of large fish.

My experience was great thanks to Jessica. When I called in with my issue, she listened carefully and went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I was already impressed by how she handled the situation, and then I got a follow-up email that really exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight how quick and personal the service was. Jessica answered on the first ring, which honestly caught me off guard—I didn’t think a real person would pick up right away. I stumbled at first, but she handled everything professionally and kindly. She said she’d follow up, and she absolutely did. I ended up getting my replacement unit without any hassle. That’s how you provide customer service. I’ve been in the customer service industry for a long time, and Jessica did very well. It’s refreshing to see that, even now, people still know how to deliver genuine, high-quality support. I truly appreciated everything she did.

This is my second pet door purchased. The first was a read the dangling collar chip, and this door reads the imbedded neck chip. The second door sent was not programming properly and the company sent me a replacement door within days that works great!! So, customer service and product both get 5 stars!!!
