The first order I placed for the ice…
The first order I placed for the ice trays was never shipped. After questioning the delay it was discovered that not shipped. Second shipment arrived, albeit later than desired. Product is fine, fits the cat food dispenser just like the one that came with the dispenser.

Still have not received my replacement…
Still have not received my replacement door! It was to be delivered on 11/6. Update....replacement door arrived this afternoon 11/10. I called the company this morning, very helpful and friendly. A glitch in shipping but arrived. Will order again from them. Thank you L. Berthold

Website could be better
Website could be better. It's a bit harder to navigate than it should be. But everything else is great. I found what I needed and received it extremely fast. It does exactly what I need it to do. I do wish you had more plastic trays for the auto feeder instead of just metal ones, but they are fine enough.

Seems your one click,rather 3 clicks for 1/4 cup is incorrect am 2 clicks, and the 5 pm meal 1 click, hope this doesn’t create a problem in the 30 day period…

Hi Louis, Thanks for your review. The quantity will depend on the food being used, and different sized dry food kibble will produce different volumes. We therefore recommend testing the amount of food dispensed and then to make adjustments to fit your individual needs.
