Jessica was very helpful in sending out the information right away. It made it very easy to send everything that was needed. Being able to have a workable feeder again makes it less worrisome too with my cat.

We love our C500s for our two cats. They love to eat, but can't help themselves... so they each have a timed feeder that deploys wet food or kibble for their special diets on a regular schedule. We recently had an issue with the product, but we reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and helpful to get our issue resolved.

Love Closer Pet! Their products are great and customer service is above and beyond! When emailing with issues or question they respond immediately and resolve everything immediately! Great company and great products!

I have had a Cat Mate fountain for at least six or seven years. That’s a testament to how well they are made. It is the only water fountain my cats will use. Whenever I need a new pump, because they do wear out, I order one from Closer Pets. Their Customerservice department is very helpful The pumps arrive quickly and that makes my cats very happy again because they definitely miss the fountain until the new pump arrives.  I would highly recommend. Closer Pets and enjoy doing business with them.

I purchased a cat fountain which my cats love drinking out of. Unfortunately, the pump stopped working. I reached out to Closer Pets to request a replacement. Their prompt response recommended I do some maintenance by cleaning the pump. After a failed attempt to make the pump work, I reached out again with the update. Jessica promptly arranged to send me a replacement pump and adapter. Customer service was excellent and prompt in resolving my issue.

Customer service is not intelligent, first problem told need a new door replacement insert, when that didn't work called n was told person told me wrong n no I couldn't send back the replacement part !!! Now needed whole new door, wasn't working, emailed n explained WHOLE situation, Jessica wrote back saying need more info on what is going on ,as I said I explained EVERYTHING, and she wanted model number, well there is NO model number on box or in manual, which they show the battery going in sideways n it is NOT possible n have to fight with it to get in not the way shown. I then CALLED n did not need model number just say magnetic cat flap door, they only sell one of magnetic without microchip n he said door needs to b filed down, to tight since door doesn't close all way on leaving and entry, I replaced this with same one that I had for over fifteen years due to it cracked n then farell cat banged it n broke completely off. I do not know yet if chiseling door works , need to borrow one. My cat loses collars in a short period of time, the magnetic balls are pricey at $22 for two without tax n shipping I wanted the magnetic MICROCHIP one which sites said works with MOST microchips, I called company to ask, well, No , I think it MIGHT be due to they r European, with a USA location, the acceptable chips had more numbers than our USA chips n it wasn't acceptable if certain letters in chip, glad I called up to make sure WORKS WITH MOST CHIPS was or was not mine

A call to customer service before I purchased was helpful in deciding which chip reader cat door to buy, and it saved me some money. The representative was very good and patiently advised on which microchips would work and how to install the door. Thanks!
