The company that I work for was using Asana and it was super confusing for everyone to understand. We decided to switch to ClickUp and it was the best decision we ever made! It’s super user friendly and the functionality makes our productivity that much stronger. I highly recommend ClickUp for any company that uses teams across various departments.

ClickUp is very easy to pick up
ClickUp is very easy to pick up and learn and it will have an immediate impact on workflow. As a project manager for a small business, it’s really helped me organize the team and resources I need handled.

Best project management software ever
AMAZING! I can’t say this enough. If you’re considering switching to ClickUp do it! They assigned me my own personal success coach to help me set up personalized workspaces that work for my small business. There’s sooo many features, which is wonderful, but also a little overwhelming at first. Whenever I stumbled, customer service was able to help me with everything I needed within the hour. My favorite part about this entire experience has been the level of care. Every person I’ve come into contact with has genuinely cared. From responding to my tweets with hilarious gifs to helping me put systems in place to make my small business run more smoothly. I know some people might be more critical and concerned with UX coding, but this has been the absolute most important part to me because I’m integrating them into my everyday life, organizing and optimizing the main stream of income for my family with their platform. Disgusting Editor That Is Full Of…
This software has millions of bugs especially when trying to organize your workflow with expandable and collapsable text, it becomes not just a catastrophe but a pain in the ***. After wasting 1 month, I think it's enough. Always hitting enter and backspace many times in order to format correctly. Thankfully, I have moved all my data to Trello. Easy and quick to edit and view.

I can understand your perspective, and am happy to explain a bit about our systems and how ClickUp develops.
Our core philosophy is releasing fast, and iterating and improving even faster 🚀 After taking our lead from user input on our feedback boards, we design features for quick release to ClickUp Workspaces. That way, we don't have to guess on how it is going to work for people, each user will have their own experience and tell us their opinions! That feedback loop is what fuels ClickUp's development!
Sometimes, this means bugs get in front of users. Being prepared to quickly address those is part of our commitment. Our systems and development practices - all operated out of one ClickUp Workspace! - enable us to efficiently address reported bugs, and also to really listen to and share feedback like this with our entire team so we can continue improving all around!
Admittedly, sometimes we do experience bugs that go unreported or unresolved for longer periods of time. While some are more difficult and take longer to fix, because we use ClickUp no known bug ever gets away!
Our product team and CEO have already shifted focus (after 2 years of releasing features quickly) to optimizing existing features and performance of the platform.
As we speak, these elements already take precedence over new features. We are confident you will notice as ClickUp continues to drastically improve in the coming months.
If there's anything we can ask of you, it's just a bit of patience while we get this done as quickly as possible.

Just such a poorly run company. Customer services takes AGES to get back and then doesn’t even offer any solutions. It seems from the top down this company is riddled with issues, so I will easily take my business to a company that doesn’t seem like it is about to implode.

You cannot delete your account yourself - this kind of UX blunder should be a crime. They will keep your data for as long as they wish and keep spamming you with unwanted emails without an unsubscribe button.

Don't think twice - switch to ClickUp!
I had used Trello for 5+ years and sampled multiple project management tools when working with my agency's clients. I can safely say that ClickUp has been eye-opening for my own organisation/time management and transformative to us as a business.
