We really like the UI, it’s a real eye candy, but the app’s speed is so irritating. There also seems to be an issue with synchronization between PC and smartphones. Sometimes I message the developers asking why a task isn’t progressing, only to find out it’s already finished and just isn’t displaying correctly. Hope they fix it as soon as possible.

It used to be good for keeping tasks in one place. But now its getting too expensive, and almost everything needs a payment, even checking the history of past messages. It still works, but it doesn't feel worth it anymore.

Terrible Customer Service I've been a ClickUp customer for many years. I have several paid accounts and refer all my clients to ClickUp. Years ago, as a paying customer, customer service was speedy, responsive, and knowledgeable. Today, I get people who have no idea what they are talking about. I updated my email address mid-September. When I contacted customer service for help with a simple email change, I've been getting the run around for SIX WEEKS and it's still not resolved. They keep telling me the same thing over and over (that I've already done). And each time I contact them, someone new takes over and I have to start all over again. SO FRUSTRATING!

I have been using click up for more than 2 months now. Its definitely better than trying to use notion for task management. Few things that frustrates me or can be improved. There AI feature useful but they don't have way to enable it only for selected users. If I have 20 members i might just want to enable for few but they don't have this option which sucks. Its very slow even loading simple pages takes time , even UI can be simplified.

Looks like there is a lot of functionality here, but I find the user experience to be a bit clunky. It would be nice to see a simplified home screen and much more personalized dashboards, especially with a work account and some many projects on the go.

The ClickUp 3.0 version really changed the way that our teams operate. The addition of the AI functionality has been a great improvement to our daily work flow.

Es buena, pero llena de bugs. Tiene demasiadas funciones útiles, mucha personalización, ideal para proyectos. Pero está lleno de bugs, a veces es lento, las cosas se borran o se vuelven inaccesibles, las interfaces no se muestran adecuadamente, etc.

I Liked the platform but I signed the AI By mistake and they do not want to cancel. I did not use one single time. I need to refund 11 months of AI service charge. They offered a solution very fast to me, they gave me a credit for future purchase. Happy with the solution.
