I really love using ClickUp, it boosted my organization. In my opinion there's no other app that can give you what ClickUp does. The only downside is that is is a bit pricy, when it comes to business even more. But otherwise the best.

Keeps our projects organized from anywhere
We use ClickUp to run our projects day to day, from planning and tracking costs to handling changes as they come up. The mobile app is the real win for me: when something changes while I'm out of the office, I log it on my phone right away and the team can pick it up without me having to chase anyone. It took some time to set up the way we wanted, but now it's flexible enough to fit how we work.

Great tool for flexible project management
ClickUp has been really helpful for managing our team's tasks and projects. The task management features are comprehensive — from list, board, to timeline views — so the team can pick whichever layout works best for them. Integrations with other tools are also pretty smooth, which makes our daily workflow easier.
The user experience is intuitive enough for the basic features, though it did take some time to explore everything at first since there's a lot packed in. The mobile app also helps us keep track of team progress while we're out of the office.
Overall, our experience with ClickUp for day-to-day project management has been quite positive.

Four tools became one, and it mostly runs itself
ClickUp replaced four tools for my team (Excel, Microsoft Project, Google Docs, Notepad) and now runs our enterprise course training tracker. Automations handle the drudgery: finish dates recalculate from start dates, tasks flag themselves At Risk when they fall behind, and assignees get notified automatically. Dashboards give stakeholders live status without status meetings. The built-in AI is genuinely useful too; it built us an Excel export template for bulk task updates and gives me a daily briefing against the plan. Honest caveats: the depth means a real learning curve for new team members, and very large lists can feel sluggish at times. Once your procedures are set up, it mostly runs itself.

Absolutely indispensable for running my web design agency
I run a web design business, and frankly, I don’t know how my business would function without ClickUp. As a Power User, I rely on it daily to keep project spaces neatly organized, assign tasks to my contractors, and store vital resources where my entire team can access them instantly.
My only minor friction point came recently when our heavy usage required us to upgrade, and I wish there were a slightly more flexible pricing option that included several base seats. However, because ClickUp is the absolute backbone of my day-to-day operations, the value it provides to my workflow and business efficiency is 100% worth it.

I've been the lePowerful and highly customizable, but the learning curve is realad admin for ClickUp at…
I've been the lead admin for ClickUp at our agency, responsible for the entire workspace setup — custom fields, permissions, automations, dashboards, and recurring task logic — and overall it's been a very positive experience. The level of customization is genuinely impressive: once you understand the logic behind spaces, folders, and custom fields, you can build a system that fits almost any workflow, from client campaign management to internal process documentation.
That said, the learning curve is steep if you're setting things up from scratch without much guidance. I had to build our own onboarding materials (videos, slides, a knowledge base) just to get the rest of the team comfortable, because ClickUp's own onboarding didn't cover the more advanced configuration options in enough depth. Automations are powerful but can behave unpredictably if you're not careful with triggers, and some permission settings aren't as intuitive as they should be for teams with junior and senior roles mixed together.
Overall, if you have the time (or a dedicated person) to configure it properly, ClickUp becomes an extremely capable tool. It's not plug-and-play, but the payoff is worth it.

I use ClickUp every day to track my work and bill clients!
I use ClickUp every day to track my work and the time I invoice my clients. Also, I love how I can easily add a screen recording to a task to provide instructions or answer questions easily.
