Only a 100 custom fields for the free version, and no warning about this until you get to that point. All the hours spent on this so-called productivity app have been a waste of time.

Re-billed me with no reminder emails. Apparently, they don't send them.
However, they did agreed to refund me, and then no further communication, still no refund.

Best productivity follow up platform
Considering it as best productivity follow up platform as used few previously. Really easy to set reminders, making follow up notes and notes in general, editing tasks and making sure your team will check in to the task and executing it. Outstanding support is an amazing addition to the great service!

ClickUp ist hervorragend für Aufgaben- und Projektverwaltung für Teams jeder Grösse
ClickUp ist ein online Aufgabenverwaltungs-Tool, welches in der gleichen Liga wie Jira, monday.com, Trello, Meistertask und anderen zu finden ist. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist ansprechend und schon nach ein paar Minuten, findet sich praktisch jeder neuer Benutzer gut zurecht darin.
ClickUp kann für die Verwaltung von Aufgaben, sowie von ganzen Projekten eingesetzt werden und ist für Teams jeder Grösse, von 1 bis 1000nde geeignet. Die Effizienz wird durch custom fields, der Kommunikation im jeweiligen Task und der Möglichkeit des Teilens von Foldern, Listen und Aufgaben mit Externen wesentlich gesteigert.
ClickUp ist sehr darum bemüht, neue Funktionen jede Woche hinzuzufügen und Fehler auszubessern. Man sollte nachsichtig sein, da das Unternehmen nur etwas mehr als 4 Jahre auf dem Markt ist. Atlassian beispielsweise ist schon länger vorhanden und ein Trillionen-Dollar Unternehmen. Das bedeutet, dass man manchmal etwas Geduld haben muss, wenn gewisse Funktionen derzeit noch fehlen, die vielleicht sogar sehr naheliegend erscheinen. Ich weiss aus eigener Erfahrung, dass das in manchen Situationen fast frustrierend sein kann :)
Ich bin jedoch zuversichtlich, dass die weitere Entwicklung der Anwendung kontinuierlich voranschreitet und laufend Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen umgesetzt werden.
Im Vergleich mit einer Anzahl verschiedener Anwendungen im gleichen Bereich, finde ich ClickUp insgesamt als mehr benutzerfreundlich, besser in der Preisgestaltung, der Editor für Texte und Dokumentationen ist besser und der Support ist absolute Spitze!

My agency used Clickup and we’ve been happy! We love the Everhour integration and the automations. It’s a little more complex to use from a UI perspective but it’s powerful and I recommend it for agencies.

Customer support lacks any involvement
Customer support doesn't seem to digest the incoming requests — it's like they're just looking through them.
No manual downgrade options + uninvolved support = horrible user experience.
UPD: ClickUp replied that they managed to help me out, but didn't mention how many days and how many requests from my side it took. They granted me like a free month or something in the end of all this, but still — both unavailability to downgrade in dashboard and absolutely uninvolved support = horrible user experience.
Have I left my request without several follow-ups, it would never be resolved.

Extremely disappointed. Pay and upgrade for a feature I was already using?
Extremely disappointed. I recently moved my project management to click up, and spent considerable amount of time setting it up.
Out of the blue, they revoked access to their timeline feature for my account, despite the fact that I was using it previously for several days. They then asked me to upgrade if I want to continue using it!
Contacting support was equally terrible, as they sent generic messages, and asked me to refer to forum link from 2 years ago, which is a request for people to add individual features to plans without upgrading their whole plan.
What kind of service allows users access to a feature, then revokes access and asks them to pay more?
I will continue to use the service as I've paid for it, but will be moving to Asana when I can.

Once the use limit is reached, any data you've entered will remain, but you will not be able to edit or add new information. To continue using these features, you'll need to upgrade your Workspace.
