User experience for me is perfect. My only concern is sometimes the Docs tab slows down a lot when to much content (images for example) are inside the docs.

ClickUp offered superior feature consolidation, allowing operations, marketing, and engineering to work within a single unified workspace. The capability to toggle between List, Kanban, Gantt, and Calendar views on the exact same underlying dataset provided the required balance of flexibility and operational structure across diverse team roles

I like the hierarchy of object and how easy it is to move tasks from one list to another. The use of AI agents is very beneficial to, I've been able to send myself a "daily summary" from each of my workspaces to see what's pending in my personal life and for my automation agency. I personally think the product teams put a lot of work and thought upfront so features can be easily rolled out based on user feedback.

I'm giving this company five stars because of the outstanding customer service, the level of customization they offer, and their genuine commitment to continuous improvement. Every interaction has been professional, and it's clear they value customer feedback. The only downside is the cost, as their pricing is higher than some alternatives. Even so, I believe the quality, flexibility, and overall experience make it well worth it, which is why I feel confident giving them five stars.

Production Company We use this tool for alot of sales and production tracking. My favourite addition is the Ai built into the workspace so I am not navigating to another Ai site etc. It allows me to search within the workspace as well as internet searching

It's a great app, and they're constantly innovating, however this comes at a cost of bugs and performance. I have raised concerns about this in which they care too much about their release schedule and new features than they do about shipping quality work. It's still a great app, I am just frustrated that their 99% uptime guarantee is not factual since some bugs we have experienced were app breaking.
