I use ClickUp every day to track my work and the time I invoice my clients. Also, I love how I can easily add a screen recording to a task to provide instructions or answer questions easily.

We're a 7-person web and AI development agency, and ClickUp is where our operations and project management finally live in one place. We tried plenty of other tools before it and none of them fit the way we work. The biggest change was bringing clients in as guests. We used to run follow-up through Slack and email, but both sit outside where the work actually happens, so every exchange added delay. Now clients create their own tasks and talk to us directly in ClickUp, with comments attached to the specific task they're about. Our HubSpot integration does the same thing for the sales-to-dev handoff — far less duplication and far less lost context. Not perfect: search sometimes fights with Brain, and comment privacy is too limited when guests are involved. But the product keeps improving, and it's earned its place in our stack. 9/10.

On top of a fantastic, robust product, their continuous weekly feature releases and highly active community show that they genuinely care about user feedback and innovation. Reliable task management platform, there are some limitations for connecting to other applications, but the integration with my company Slack account has dramatically improved my day to day workflows!
