I signed up for the trial version to see how this platform works. I used one email solo ads campaign, and it doesn't show any tracking whatsoever. I am trying to get someone to help me, but the only message I get is that I have to update a premium account to receive any help. If this is the case, I don't want to be part of the platform which helps out only those accounts that pay extra money. I will discontinue my subscription and switch to different platforms that give at least basic unswears to basic questions for free while trying their product.

I’ve used a handful of conversion tracking tools and ClickMagick’s support is in a class of its own. They’re always very responsive, you receive personal replies (they’ll screen record your account as they make a custom video to go over any issues or concerns) and I’ve never had to wait any real period of time to receive responses. Their tracking is great, it’s real-time data, the resources available to set-up your tracking are very well laid out and, again, their customer support is absolutely superb, I won’t go anywhere else purely based on the customer support I received. Shout-out to Sagar who was the latest person to help me, but all of support are fantastic.
