I'm not tech-savvy, and I am amazed that my emailed request for help, which was sent on a Sunday from my Uk timezone, was actually dealt with satisfactorily and in detail by the time I opened my computer on Monday morning. This really is, fabulous service. The help was given and all is well. I will not hesitate to ask for help whenever I need it in the future. What a great company great facility and great service. I am so impressed.
