ClickMagick support staff responded quickly and resolved my issue.

It is quite apparent that the entity I signed up to in 2015 has grown to such astronomic grandeur that they no longer wish to cater to the likes of me. They can survive without the pittance they gain from my humble subscription, so to hell with me. Clickmagick seem to be either out and out liars or have extremely poor record keeping. I have every email and interaction dating back to 2015 between us despite their claim of never having had a customer with my name. If you choose to deal with a company this dishonest, then that's up to you. And for the record, I didn't refuse anything, as this liar claims. Find me on FB. All proof available. BTW They've canceled my account now because Troy doesn't like my 'tone'.

I had some problems resolving my issue. But then a different agent spoke to me (Sagar) and fixed it right away in his first message to me. So I am very thankful, thanks a lot.
