Isaiah got back to me in a very short time.

Segar was attentive and took ownership to actively resolve my issue which was reassuring. I rate Segar's customer service level as high. The crux of the issue occurring seemed to be as a consequence of a system update, unfortunate that this was not foreseen and therefor communicated to CS agents in advance.

ClickMagick is a very robust software. Has helped us get better data to make better decisions about our campaigns and be profitable from the start. No doubt about it. What is also exceptional is the level of support you get from the team at ClickMagick. I've never met a team so dedicated to their customers' success as this one. They embody the real meaning of going above and beyond! Give it a try!
