Terrible, terrible, terrible. Billing department really needs to get their stuff together. I have two insurances. The same two for years. One primary one secondary. Been that way for years. I get bills sent to me. I call and they still can't seem to get it correct. You're insurance rejected the bill. Then they say " oh I see what happened, we billed the wrong insurance , we'll resubmit it to the correct insurance. ". AGAIN, AND AGAIN. UNBELIEVABLE. Incompetent.
PLEASE GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!

Seeking preventative heart scan for… don't bother
Seeking preventative heart scan for calcification. Wouldnt do a scan without a GP referral. they made no enquiry or asked if I have any symptons, which I dont. Only over 50 and want to be proactive. This place is more like the NHS than the NHS. you cant get in unless your on deaths door !.
ps. you will only find bad reviews on here as they arent on Google business so cant leave a review there and they have to invite you to review them on Doctify which is the main place, so hence most of them are positive on that platform.

They are an institution
They are an institution. They do not know how to pinpoint autoimmune disease even if 1 marker is slightly low. They need a computer to tell you what you have. Not to mention waiting 4 months with over 180 bp. This place will kill you faster than a 3rd world country hospital.

Zero Customer Sevice Everytime
Frustrating experience at a supposedly world-class clinic.
You expect a certain level of care and professionalism when registering for an appointment at a world-reputable clinic, but the front-desk service here was completely unacceptable.
Completely ignored: Never acknowledged untilI spoke up and asked if someone could assist us.There were three registrars open, but the person on line 2 and 3 didn't even acknowledge me or the other patients waiting. The only eeason one acknowledged me was because we asked if someone could help us, as she was just talking with another co-worker the entire time. No sense of urgency what so ever.
Mocked for asking for help: When I finally asked if someone could assist, one registrar turned to a coworker and made a sly remark right in front of me.
Distracted staff: Another registrar was just sitting there looking at their cell phone instead of helping clear the line.
Hiding their names: It felt like they knew they were being unprofessional because they had their name tags turned around so no one could see their names.
When you are dealing with a healthcare clinic, basic empathy and respect should be the bare minimum. Instead, the front-desk staff made me feel like an inconvenience on more than one occassion. A world-class medical reputation doesn't mean much if your first interaction at the door is this disrespectful.

Avoid.
Avoid.
When they first arrived to the Palm Beach County area they were amazing. Personable caring etc.. Now it a factory that could take months (October) to get an appointment. When you finally get one most likely it was cancelled because Doctor was a no show..Most of my Doctors do not like them . My mistake was defending them .. They were right! Trust your Doctor!

The worst.
Without a doubt, the WORST hospital experience in my life. I recently moved to Cleveland and had heard of its impressive reputation. The REALITY is an aging facility that's filthy, distressed, understaffed, poorly managed, and with low standards usually associated with failing businesses. Shocking and disturbing. Grateful I got out of there without an infection.

Cleveland Clinic Kidney Department ZERO stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with the kidney transplant department at Cleveland Clinic was extremely disappointing.
During the four years I was under their care, my nurse coordinator rarely, if ever, proactively reached out to me. As a transplant patient facing a life-altering medical condition, I expected far more communication, guidance, and support throughout the process.
What troubled me most was feeling pressured to accept kidneys that I personally did not feel comfortable accepting. Rather than feeling like an individual patient whose concerns mattered, I often felt like I was being treated as a number in a system.
Ultimately, I chose to pursue my transplant elsewhere, and I am grateful that I did. Patients waiting for a kidney transplant deserve compassionate communication, personalized care, and a team that makes them feel heard.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this program and would encourage prospective patients to thoroughly research all available transplant centers before making a decision.
