I bought a house, and had not even been here a month when I came across their ad somewhere online. I used Paypal to checkout, but I forgot I hadn't changed my address on my Paypal acct so my first order went to my old address, even though I had put the right address in my order. Paypal must've changed it back to my old address. I wrote to them and told them, and asked for my products at my current address. They said they couldn't unless the items supposedly received were returned. How many people do you know return something at their expense when something wasn't addressed to them?? This was in August. Last week I received an email saying that I was going to get another shipment (which is funny bc I have NEVER received anything from this company), so I contacted customer service and demanded immediate cancellation. I got busy with life, and forgot to follow up, so guess how I started my morning today? I woke up with a $108+ charge!! I called them, and demanded cancellation, and refund. They had the same song and dance. This company has what seems like a great mission, but all and all they are not an upstanding company, and they do not care about their customers. They basically have stolen $217 from me and ONLY offered me a 30% refund from today's charge. 30%! Are you freaking ridiculous?! One of the worst companies I have EVER had the displeasure in dealing with!

This site is a scam. They will not refund your money if you change your mind on the order. The product is not compostable. The website pushes you to buy more product in the same way con artists push you.

I use plastic bags. So when I found out we could use compostable ones, k was all in. Even willing to accept maybe a less than product. BUT to my great surprise these are better. Softer, easier to open and my guests have LOVED taking them and hopefully buying. We all need to contribute to our Mother Earth

Doesn't Hold Water! Wow, this company seems like a front for scammers and I regret ever having seen them on Instagram. The kitchen trash bags biodegrade IN the kitchen trash can! We've had to wash it out every time. Obviously, they also leak into the can we put on the street for pickup, so I had to clean that stinky one out last week. Tried contacting them for a refund and because it had been "over 30 days" they flatly refused. We spent over $100 for this "subscription" scam and still don't know if they will keep trying to bill our card or not, but I feel cheated. We thought we were being Earth Friendly and it feels like we were taken advantage of. We're now fighting the charge with our CC company. PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED! This is a weird, almost MLM-style business with boilerplate responses that sells a FLAWED PRODUCT. I mean, how hard is it to design a trash bag that doesn't fall apart?! 🤷🏻‍♂️ P.S. I will also say you shouldn't get fooled by their boilerplate responses below either. They don't "take all comments very serious [sic]." I reached out in all possible ways and tried to deal directly to resolve this glaring problem, get a refund, and cancel my account. But because it was over 30 days every response basically said "No, we can't help you. You're too late. Sorry Charlie, you're out of luck." That's a horrible corporate culture in anyone's book, but particularly stings with a company that claims to care about the environment––but not the people who live in it.

This product is just as advertised. The clean sheets take up virtually no room and each one cleans beautifully. No more messy plastic containers to feel guilty about. And the subtle clean aroma is very refreshing.

So I have to say, these kitchen storage bags are fantastic! They are strong and keep things fresh, and they just have a good feel about them, not like the horrible plastic ones. ALSO- the customer service is incredible. They Keep in contact with you and they take care of you. Overall, I highly recommend using Cleanomic!!

so from the get go, the process to order, pay, and to wait for the shipment was easy, carefully curated, and the “right” amt of work on my part. And then to the products themselves, NICELY made, clean presentation, GOOD items for use which are better for our environment than I’d ever used before! IMPRESSED!

Worst ever company and customer service. They are not after protecting the environment, they are after your money. Impossível to cancel subscription even though you buy it to try, you become under a subscription unwillingly. Beware. Don’t buy their products. Stay away. You will be stuck for life. Very dishonest. And very expensive.
