Trash bags for life? Sure if you have no trash. Customer service is nonexistent, I refused delivery last month and have not received my refund. I guess I will have to contact my state representative and attorneys general.

I loved this product. Wanted to keep using this product when I ran out. But suddenly and autoship order arrives when I still have a closet full. So I went online to customer service (a text bot) and requested a return label and that any autoship be cancelled. Here is what I got: --A request for me to ship it back to an Arizona location at my cost. --A notification that they would not accept the return until I sent them a copy of the receipt for sending it back. --No confirmation that my autoship has been cancelled. I want to help get rid of plastic. I compost. I thought this might be a great product. But this company is a scam. Buyer Beware!

We have been enjoying the great green trash bags as well as the small bags for sandwiches, the laundry Detergent ECO SHEETS, THE TILE AND COUNTER CLEANING TABLETS, as well the toilet tablets!

I had a similar experience as other posters with this company. They are terrible to deal with and trick you into buying more from them. I ordered from them and accidentally put the wrong address in due to Paypal, and they wouldn't change it, which was fine, but getting them to clarify was incredibly hard. I ordered when they were giving the free trash bags for life so I needed to make sure that future orders would go to the correct address. It took so many emails and asking the question many times for them to actually answer the question. Also come to find out one of the items I ordered was on subscription which I was not aware of and they changed me for it without my knowledge and won't refund me. They do not have an account page where you can check subscriptions and when looking back ar my initial order there is nothing saying it is a subscription. Also haven't heard about the trash bags since either. Regardless they rip easily and are not great so I don't care in the end. Lastly while all the back and forth about the address change was going on I received a call because I looked at something else on their site and they were asking about my recent order which was confusing as I had received it already. After 30 minutes of confusion and back and forth I came to find out they wanted to take a random cart item I had added when comparing prices to another company and order it for me over the phone. The guy I spoke to was not fluent in English and was making everything so confusing he was just trying to get me to say yes and proceed with the order. After all this, I absolutely hate this company and I have never said that or written something like this before but people need to know not to order from them. They will trick and lie to get you to order more.

I hate giving bad reviews but I'm grateful to have a way to share when we have issues with companies like this. Reading through these reviews makes me feel a lot better about my own experience because it's been pretty rough. 1st- YES! The trash bags do leak!! I was willing to put up with this for it being compostable but to learn that they are NOT actually so and can only be recycled, well I'm pretty sure I'm not going to empty them out after each use, wash them and then organize them for recycling after. WTH?!? 2nd- The dryer sheets didn't work at all but I really loved the washer sheets. I feel like these are helping the planet and useful. I do recommend them however, I suggest you go through Amazon and DO NOT order online directly. 3rd - Their website does not provide a typical login that you can add, change or manage your subscription. I've popped over a couple of times trying to order and just wasn't able to do it without signing up for some new kit. I was supposed to have trash bags for life but it came with all the other stuff I didn't want more of. It's tricky to stop and order and tricky to just order what you want and they do upsell you like 50 times which is really frustrating. When you order, it has to be in bulk kits and that didn't work for me. I just did a little research on my own and changed my rating to one star after verifying that these products are ONLY compostable with a commercial composting facility and so putting them in a landfill is no different that using plastic. Jeez Louise we have to do better for each other and our planet.

I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews. I love people, I've worked customer service, I work in tech, things happen - I get it! But this company is BY FAR the worst I have experienced and I feel compelled to just warn people! Like at least one other reviewer - I had a PayPal incident where it input the wrong address. I have emails proving that I wrote them less than 5 minutes later to correct the mistake. I've had this happen before and other companies have had no problem helping me. They kept giving me what felt like automated messages just confirming my shipment. When they finally sort of responded to my actual concern, they said there was nothing they can do. I've also worked for a distributor and know that as the sender, you can correct these types of errors. I am beyond disappointed because I was really intrigued by what this company stood for and interested in their products. When I wrote my concerns on social media (and I don't believe I was scathing), they blocked me from posting on their social media (which I have proof as well). BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I do think as consumers, we need to be kinder and more understanding especially if companies work to fix any mistakes on our part and/or theirs. This was an extreme disappointment. I hate giving Bezos more money but I wish I would've put the order through Amazon, I know they are so good at refunding money when sellers are being the worst. Now I'm continuing to contact them and attempting to work with PayPal as well. Horrible!
