I've been using the product and the quality seems good. but the company signed me up for automatic Payments and shipments, which I did not choose. i've had to spend an enormous amount of time trying to cancel and return the items they sent. then, they told me I had to pay for shipping the return. i told them I refused to do that and that I was just going to put return to sender. it turns out their customer service was just AI, which is why the second I got a charge on my credit card and contacted them that I did not want anything shipped. The whole process went ahead anyway. very shady.

Will not use because - I was signed up for recurring shipments (I didn't see nay other way on the website). I don't use that many bags so this was a bad choice for me but I thought "I'll cancel it". But I didn't do that in time before the next shipment was ordered (missed seeing the email). Meanwhile this big box of bags came but I hadn't finished using the bags I had, so I didn't start using them for awhile. Couldn't stop the new shipment, but they did offer me half price on the 2nd shipment rather than me paying postage to send it back. Still cost me extra but I appreciated the offer because I hate sending things back. Was dismayed to find out the storage bags are opaque so you can't see what you put in it or the condition of it. They should have shown this on the website. This is really impractical - even if you label the bag and put a date, these tend to get lost in the fridge until contents is unusable. I am not that organized. The first time I pulled out a trash bag, before I even got it to the cannister, it split along the side seam. I tend to fill trash bags to the brim, and nothing is worse than a trash bag that breaks when carrying the garbage out to the curby. Can't trust them. So I have 2 big boxes of bags I will probably never use, except for special needs (I might use the trash can bags for pizza boxes in the fridge, for example). I appreciate what this company is trying to do, but am wondering if there are better alternatives.

I ordered Foaming Dish Soap Tablets. The product did clean well. They did give me a 50% refund, but I would not buy this product. I threw them away.

When I placed my first order, Shopify (their ordering system) defaulted the address to a Nebraska address, so it was shipped to the wrong location. Cleanomics refused to help re-route it to my current address. I knew I would be in Nebraska in a couple months, so I didn't dispute it. Little did I know my order was entered as a subscription, and in January they emailed that they were sending another $99.81 shipment (about a 10 lb. box) to the Nebraska address. I asked them to halt it the same day I got the email. They didn't halt it or attempt to re-re-route it, so I am stuck with a product 1000 miles away. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I will never use this site again, even if I have to cancel my credit card. I asked 3 times to cancel my subscription. Finally I was told it was put on pause. I then emailed again and said I didn't remember signing up for a subscription but got a box anyway. . . and three more times my email was returned. There is nowhere on the site to actually cancel despite what is said. Yes, this is a giant scam.

Product is fine but do not order via subscription. I have many subscriptions to various things in my life and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. ....gives me the opportunity to postpone or cancel in the event I have too much product left or am out of town. Smart, right? Not Cleanomic. No notice and not opportunity to postpone so I just canceled. I don't need that many trash bags, thanks. Bad business model.

They ship in plastic bags, the very thing they are trying to get away from! Some of the boxes were crushed. They send only 1 box (25ct) of trash bags, and that’s supposed to last 3 months! They also don’t send enough of the quart and gallon bags to last 3 months. I never received the kitchen cloths. In the Clean Planet club, they sent out 3 boxes (240 total) dryer sheets and 2 boxes (72 total) laundry sheets. That doesn’t add up. Most items say to use within 6 months. I was supposed to receive a $15 gift card with my order which I never received. They asked me to write a honest review, which I did. They didn’t like my review and asked me to revise it. Customer service is bad, I have emailed them several times, my responses have been generic emails. I have cancelled both of my subscriptions with them.

I don't know how you packages but the only thing that delivered yesterday was quart bags. It was in a small plastic envelope. The other two pieces were not delivered yet. I still need my trash bags and dish cloths. If I don't receive them I want my money back. I love your product but your delivery system isn't working out.
