Concept OK, but they have difficulty with operations
Well the concept sounds great but the execution is flawed. First, they don't have distribution centers on the east coast, so they have to ship from CA and it takes several weeks to arrive. Second, they automatically charge again. When I cancelled stating I hadn't even gotten through the first package (got 2), they assured me in writing through email that order was cancelled. Another week went by and I was billed for another shipment. Emailed again and was told it was a mistake that order was actually cancelled. Then 10 days later, I received noticed that order was shipped and due to delays in system it may take several weeks to arrive. Called number listed on CC bill and the person argued with me, then put me on hold for 10 minutes and argued more. Then I told her I would dispute with CC company, she said she would try to correct it today. Put me on hold again and after 7 minutes I was disconnected. Sad customer service experience. Product was OK.
