I started out with the subscription and I thought it was for every 6 months (with the advertisment that I would get garbage bags free for life) well 2 months later another shipment shows up. I coudlnt get a refund nor return the smaller bags and it was an absolute mess trying to completely cancel the subscription. Also, the garbage bags "leach" a green stain on the trash can. I read a review that it has to do with hard water - I am curious as to how muc "water" as to go into my trash for this to happen. And why would that be???

While I like the product, my order today arrived with expired dates of 1/2025 on both boxes of the Color Shields. This is not acceptable considering the cost. Therefore I doubt I will order from them again.

I'm always game for making changes to my normal routine when it comes to protecting our precious environment, but often these good intentions come with my hopes being dashed. My experience with these bags and with Cleanomic was no exception. Not practical for freezer bags, and very difficult to reopen the zip lock function. Having ordered a large quantity, I balked when they informed me that I was subscribed to these bags, and was soon expecting another large shipment of them. I tried to cancel the shipment, but was told I was too late, which I don't believe I was. So now I have a very large collection of 'resealable' bags that are purported to be compostable, but I don't think they break down very well in my compost. Had they honored my request to hold the shipment, I may still be a customer...

I liked the products but the payment system was challenging.

I would ORDER a lot of the Freezer, Quart Size Zip Bags, because freezing my Fruits/Nuts, etc. is the only use I have for such Bags...re-use other bags for trash, etc..(Such as Sunflower bird seed) . It seems I CANNOT Order only one size Bag...WHY???

I was disappointed to note that product is made in China. So it’s plastic-free but we need to burn fossil fuel to bring the tablets to the US beats the point somewhat!

I like that these storage bags are compostible. However, I found the price to be more than I can afford at this time. Additionally, I wasn't using the set of bags I received in the same manner that was being offered (90 days). Only after I requested a refund, did I receive instructions on how to alter my subscription's frequency for delivery, which was suggested to alter how often it would have been delivered. Further, I would have preferred to select my own custom subscription, as I use different size bags at different rates. I would have ordered or kept a subscription, if the site suggested a flat fee amount for each item + I could have selected my own bundle of items. I would not minded about ordering a minimum amount in terms of dollars, if I could have selected my own bundle.

The way I see it though the reviews is the product is okay, not super as nothing really is, it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE & website response that needs work.
