I ordered the product and never received it. They are refusing to issue a refund stating that product was sent already. Seems like an odd policy… it is now 7 weeks since I placed my order with no product received and no refund issued. They said that when it arrives I can refuse it and then they will issue a refund!!! Steer clear of this company!

I placed my order CF-773591 on Dec 25,2024. They took my money but never gave a tracking number nor my order of 3 units. I was charged $101. Everyday I get emails advertising this product but yet I haven't received nothing. This company is stealing people money. The customer service thru email is non responsive. I was my money back or my units. I need Clarifion to stop sending out these false advertisements about this product and send my money back asap. Looking at all these reviews are also fake. Just look at the dates. We are in 2025. Why is review companies post old messages as if it happen yesterday.

Clarifion is very responsive and their products mostly work great. I ordered 8 for myself and a few for my parents. All but one are still working (one stopped after two months).

Easy to order and all are still working after two years of continuous use. Reporting this after a couple of years of use. I wanted to let others know this is a quality product that continues to deliver with cleaner air throughout my house and even in my basement.

The product does well removing dust from the air.

I have extreme allergies; this product has minimized all pollutant reaction!
