Stay away from this company
I placed an order on September 14th. Today is the 25th and haven't received it. This company is in the USA not China. They told me that I need to return in 30 days from the day I ordered. They do this with the intention that you will not have time to get it back to them in time for a credit. Do not order from them!

Only gives a 30 day guarantee
Only gives a 30 day guarantee. 2 of my 6 DST units stopped working in a few months. I do not recommend this product. Not worth the cost!
After my review the 2 non working units were replaced. They need to alter their guarantee if they stand behind their product. Replacements appreciated!

Refund
I sent my clarifion products back and they are telling me you have 30 days which I was definitely in the 30 days to return my unopened product and have sent them the return receipt from the post office. They will not send my refund back. I just sent them another request about my refund and will let you know. Be very careful if you decide to order this product

I have 2 of these and they were smoking…
I have 2 of these and they were smoking black smoke when they were plugged in. One of them start to cause a fire. They are dangerous

Crazy Refund Offer!
I had placed an order, but requested refund, because the person I had ordered them for would not be able to use them. So I requested to return the product for a refund. My order was, $120.61, so my understanding was, my refund would be $120.61- 10% = $108. 55, after I returned the product.
For my refund, Clarifion calculated, to be $120.61 x 10% leaving me with a refund of, $12.06...
My calculations was my oder of $120.61 - (Minus 10%), giving me a refund of $108.55! 🤷🏾♀️ Tell me WHY would I approve a Refund for Only $12.06? Makes no freaking sense at all. Therefore, I just got RIPPED Off!!! Buttt, I can ONLY be upset at my own stupid self for NOT fully understanding what Clarifion was offering me. Rather than honor my refund and accept a return, unused product, they chose the Rip Off way. This one's all on me. LESSONS learned each day!
My advice, if you're not sure what Clarifion is offering you in Refund/ Replace, ASK QUESTIONS, because in the long run, They will make the outcome right for them. Have a Blessed Day! 🙌🏽
