Ordered six of these devices. Did not work, as I and the cat still sneezed etc. Would not recommend.

Was the purifier for a dog or cat. After I got mine I read that there was one for cat and different one for dog. Which one did I order or does it really matter?

I haven't had the results I expected,

The Clarifion does not work! I have one indoor cat, I clean the pee & poop out of her litter box every night then every Friday night I totally change all the litter and clean the box. This doesn’t matter! Her poop still stinks the bathroom up! The Clarifion does not keep the smell out of the bathroom. I would not recommend this product at any pet owner!

I don’t truly believe all the hype on this product. I purchased a package of three and placed two of them in the living room where my cats mainly stay. The third is in the downstairs bathroom adjacent to the living room where my litter box is. I have found no difference in the area of the air processors than before. I still have to use oil air fresheners to maintain a suitable smelling area. Also I have never received my three extra uv bulbs that I ordered when I purchased the three pack package of air conditioners. I am very upset and out of the money I paid for the extra uv bulbs!

The product itself is great however customer service sucks. I ordered a 12 set of the light bulb refill that you need to purchase and replace after awhile and only recieved 2. When I contacted them in November they said they would send out the missing light bulb refills. As of yet still no refills that I paid for in full. Wrote them a few days ago with no response as of yet, like they're ghosting me. Very upset with my order and customer service.

The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It was well packed and looked as advertised. The only problem is that it doesn't work. I have one cat and one litter box which is in a 12x12 ft room. It is done absolutely nothing for the smell. After it had been plugged in for about a day at maybe 6 ft from the box, I walked past the room door and the smell in the hallway was gagging. The lights nice but that's about it.
