I was very pleased when my items arrived, but was sad to discover that my favorite dress did not fit. I contacted customer service about exchanging it, and was incredibly pleased to know that they keep their word about sending one free size exchange without needing to return the item of the wrong size. I’ve never heard of another company that does that. After contacting customer service, I was in touch with someone who asked me to send a photo of myself in the dress and after sending it, they did tell me that I could request another size.

I ordered 2 pants outfits. Shipping took forever to get. When they arrived they did not fit and the material was awful. They were nothing like they advertised. The material was totally misrepresented. I contacted them the same day I received them telling them I wanted a full refund. They emailed me back and offered me a store credit of 120%. I emailed them back and told them again I did not want a store credit I want a full refund. I have not heard back from them after sending numerous emails. I have now filed a dispute with Visa and am awaiting a response to get my money back.

Our standard shipping time is 4–12 business days from the date of the order, though we understand any delay can be disappointing. We’d also like the opportunity to review your refund request and communication with our team. Pleasantly surprised. I saw my outfit on a friend and she linked me to your site. I really like the vest-like top and pants. The fabric stretches a bit and falls very smoothly. Ordering was quick and so was delivery. Someone purchased via Instagram don’t work out but this time I bought two sets in different colors. Thank you
