I am new to the website and love their clothing line, really cute outfits. I ordered 5 outfits and was happy with the quality of the clothes when I received them. Two of the outfits didn't fit and one the color was off, so I sent a message about a refund and received a response very quickly. It was a little odd that I had to take pics of the outfits but the end result was awesome. They told me they would refund or I could choose to keep the items and save postage, they would send the correct sizes and give a store credit for the outfit that the color was off. I love the way they handled it with the choice and will order again. They have been wonderful to work with!

Easy ordering. I was kept up to date with tracking and shipping information. I am finding the return process a bit clunky. I am asked to take a picture of the product and send to them so that they can evaluate the eligibility of the return.

I absolutely love love love my outfit!!!! I felt the most sexy, comfortable EVER!!!! The fit , strcture, print detail work on the blouse is gorgeous!!!!! Amazing!!!!!

The style and cut are perfect, and I’m looking forward to wearing them for several different situations! The material is thinner than I expected, so I’m not sure how they will be in the winter months but is a great weight for summer and fall.

Product is perfect issue with sizing put return issue handled promptly

Please do not purchase from this company! They are a scam, and you likely will never get your money back. Their product is worse quality that Temu or Shein. (Clarendale is in Hong Kong). The shipping is extremely slow, the clothing is terrible quality, and they do not want to give a refund. I got sucked in unfortunately, and made a $236 purchase. About 2 weeks later I received some of the items. One item was something I did not order, and another item I did order was not there. After many, many back and forth emails with them, I finally was reimbursed for the item I did not receive. However, I told them I wanted to return the 4 other items due to poor quality and fit. They require you send them pictures, which I did. They then went back and forth with me for several days, first offering a 20% refund if I keep the items, then a 30% refund, then a 40% refund to keep them. I refused all offers, as these items are worthless to me. They finally sent me a form with which to return the items. I completed this form and sent them back, at my own expense of $27. It has now been 3 weeks, and no refund, no response from Clarendale. I have verified that the package was delivered to them over 2 weeks ago. They still owe me $160, and I believe I will never receive that refund. I am hoping others will not make the same mistake! As you can see, Clarendale has responded to my review, asking that I contact them so they can resolve the issue. However, I have already done so many times, and there is no resolution! Again, I caution anyone considering purchasing from this company, do not risk it. You should also be aware that the reason there are some positive reviews for them is that they offer customers the opportunity to get a reduced price on orders if they submit a 5 star review.

I ordered 2 casual dresses and 2 bookshelf lantern lights. I am very happy with the lights, as they are well-made and look great. Additionally, the tunic-style dress in size Small fits perfectly. For the dresses, I wanted loose-fitting styles to help conceal my recent weight gain. The tunic style dress in size S fits well. (I am 5'2", 140 lbs.) The Lunavia dress does not! I ordered a S, which should have fit using the size recommendations. Also, the unlined eyelets running down the front are significantly larger than expected, making the dress very sheer and revealing without an extra layer underneath. Items arrived in good condition but delivery is slow - it took about a month to receive my order, and tracking did NOT work.

It’s been 10 emails and they still have not answered my question about the return address and have not agreed to refund me my money. Cheap clothing. Looks cheap. Feels cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO PHONE NUMBER EITHER!
