ClarendaleReviews of clarendale.co

Clarandale.co is a fake USA company, they are selling from China. The items advertised often promised premium quality but the items delivered proved otherwise. Items provided can be bought on a Chinese website for $ 1 to $ 2, but they are being sold at 10 to 20 times the price. When I ask for a refund, they are unwilling to give a full refund and insist that I will have to pay the delivery fee back to their China warehouse if I want a full refund. Basically its a scam company

My first time ordering from Clarendale and my purchase was delivered on time as stated and love merchandise. I will order again,

My daughter order some pants for me. In the pictures the long of the pants cover the model's ankle. However the length of the pants that I got is way more shorter, like 6-7 inches above my ankles, and I'm not a taller person in USA. It's not easy to return items because they are asking for pictures of me wearing the pants to see what is wrong, instead of believing what the client said, and help with the return. Don't waste your money on this business. She also ordered earrings, and they are defective. I don't recommend CLARE DALE.

I made a purchase on April 16,2026 and still have not received the order that I placed. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told that they would look into the matter and get back to me. Each response from them has been referred to another person from Clarendale who states they will look into the matter and get back to me. I have asked that matter be resolved and my money back. As of today May 11,2026 I have not received money back or product. I will not order from them again and would not recommend that company to anyone!

Hände weg! Ramsch von Hongkong! Nicht brauchbar. Habe ein Kleid gekauft. Gebe es jetzt in der Textilsammlung. Habe es nicht mal angezogen, sah furchtbar aus.

Products were sent balled up in the smallest bag I have ever seen. Buyer beware. The pants were so light weight you could see right through them. Wrinkled cheap material, pants would have to be ironed. Ironed, indeed: you have got to be joking. Take your time and read reviews. We customers have had ENOUGH

I ordered three dresses (size XS) and was very disappointed when they arrived. The dresses were advertised with 3/4 length sleeves - their own product page says so - but arrived with full-length sleeves. As a true XS, the fit was so oversized they looked like robes, nothing like what was pictured. What made it worse was the customer service experience. I was offered a 40% partial refund, then a replacement order, and had to send multiple follow-up emails just to get responses. They even suggested I donate the dresses to charity, or try to resell them myself for a 40% refund. Their own website promises a full refund under their 30-day trial policy if the item doesn't look right - and their refunds policy page - yet honoring that has been a real struggle for them! Still unresolved as of this review, but I will be happy to dispute this charge with my credit card company if I do not get a refund by the end of the day. I have plenty of evidence to show my card issuer which will only cost Clarendale more money than the refund would have.

So far they deserve 0 stars! I purchased a dress. It was did not fit. I went onto the web site to arrange for a return and refund. The web site makes returns next to impossible - you have to send an email to customer service. Customer service doesn't believe that the product was delivered. I had to send photos from the shipper. I asked for a return - to get one they are expecting me to send them a photo of the dress and then they will "find the best solution for you". NO! I expect to return this item and get a full refund - is the best solution for me.
