My bathing suit came in a timely manner. And it is absolutely beautiful unfortunately it was a little snug and it didn’t look good on my body but that’s just bc of my mom belly. A definite keeper otherwise. Thanks, Angel Abercrombie

I needed to exchange for a new size on their Customer Service. Team was excellent at supporting me.

I ordered two pairs of work slacks. The photo and video shows pants that are NOTHING like what I received in the mail. The material is an extremely flimsy and cheap tent-like material. The look and style is completely different. The overall experience is pathetic and extremely misleading. This company is a rip off! Do not buy from them!

Hi Camille! I can understand how disappointing it must have been to open your package and find work slacks that looked and felt so different from what you were expecting. Please email me at [email protected] with the email address used for your order. I'll personally go through your order, review everything that's happened, and work with you to find the best possible solution. Ronce Clarendale Customer Care

Stay away from this company the product -the dress - was inferior quality, did not fit at all like what the picture projected, and their refund policy is a horror show ! you will be lucky to get a portion of a refund back or else you have to send it all the way back to China and wait until they receive it and then maybe get your refund it's ridiculous stay away from these people!! Also a big red warning should be there is no phone number for them anywhere! I could not get any kind of person to talk to on a phone it was all communicated by messages and email!! I am now waiting to see if 40% of my payment is being refunded..... I certainly hope so. It's been rediculous trying to get a decent refund for this inferior quality stuff!

Please email me at [email protected] with the email address used for your order. I'll personally review your case from start to finish, check on your refund, and do everything I can to help. Though the product arrived much later than expected the size chart described was inaccurate and therefore I had to contact the customer service department for an exchange. They were very prompt and efficient in expediting my shipment. Now that I’m looking at all the reviews saying to keep away from this company I should not have written any reviews for them.

Stay away from this company!! Do not purchase anything. The 4 clothing items I ordered did not fit so I wanted to return nope they kept insisting I keep it and they were going to send a larger size . I told them I no longer wanted the items even in larger size definitely not what was advertised as well. They will not refund my order of $165.00 so there is no 30 day refund or refund at all !! BEWARE

SCAM! They do not honor their return policy. TERRIBLE QUALITY. DEFECTIVE. They sent me 2 pairs of jeans with the button holes sewn shut. I sent photos to complain about the product being defective and cheap material not at all meeting the quality standard for the price. And they refused to send me a shipping label to return the items to China, when their customer service is labeled clarendale USA. the store is designed to look like its USA based but its based in China, which is why the product took 3+ weeks to ship. I would never have ordered from them if I knew it was in China because I've had poor quality issues with shops like these before. DO NOT SHOP THERE. Its a scam.
