I purchased the Florenza Women’s wrap pant set in the green color advertised on their website. The item was not at all as pictured and design was sewn differently to mimick design being advertised. The green color was totally different as well as the material looking different from website picture. What the heck! I can’t get them to respond to my emails. I also ordered a visor hat and the brim is bent and fits wonky on my average size head. I am very disappointed by this situation! I want to return items. No one has yet replied to my email messages???? 7-29-26 This company has my email address and still no response to any of my emails. RONCE has not replied to date? The company is totally ghosting me. How is it they keep sending me SALES emails but don’t respond to the emails regarding the order at question asking for a refund??? This is not a reliable site & if you are not satisfied with product &!it doesn’t fit or represent what was advertised they just keep your money and do not respond at all. Why is that? I have been scammed and they have my money.

These pants are very comfortable. I love all the pockets which are conveniently placed that enables me to 'take what I need and enjoy NOT taking a purse'! My only complaint is that the description said they were 'stretchy' and I did not find them that way at all. Only the waistband was elastic. They wash nicely.

The Clarendale company is represented well by it's staff courtesy, attention to detail and responsiveness. Though the product doesn't fit my needs, I really like the softness and comfort of the material. It did take longer to receive my order, but the tracking system helped alot in keeping me posted. Thank you.

I received my package (toothbrush/toiletry holder for travel) fairly quickly and purchased one for me and my sister and think it will work out well for both os us.

My ring is so pretty. I like the spinner to help with anxiety. True to size.

I ordered the Florenza pants in XL and they took forever to arrive. The company did stay in touch and allowed tracking of the package. When they arrived they are nothing like the photograph (not beautifully layered or flowy) and fit like a size medium/large. There was also a hole in the center back seam due to poor construction. When I contacted the company, they were willing to replace them but XL was their largest size listed. When I asked for the full refund, they offered 40% and I could keep the pants, like that was a gift but it doesn’t fit and has a hole in the backside!!! I will NEVER order from here again and do not encourage others to buy inferior goods from a company who does not back their products. And shipping took FOREVER!!

I received a product that was sub par but they replaced it for free!
