They were exactly what I was looking for and expected!

Buyer beware! This company does not stand behind its products and does not clearly state their return policy on their website because they want to bargain with you to refund the lowest amount possible. Bought a pair of pants that were so egregiously unfit, I wanted to return for full refund. But that’s not what was offered. Instead, I was offered 40%, then 60% of the total spent. They do not pay for shipping back to China. Lots of AI emails make the company sound compassionate. Don’t fall for it.

I normally wear a size 8 to 10 and when I ordered a pair of pants from Clarendale, I ordered a medium and a large. The website says you can return anything within 30 days. I received both items and the sizing was so far off I could not get the pants above my knees on both sizes. I immediately reached out to the company and requested return shipping address for a full refund. I received several emails trying to convince me to exchange it for another item or keep the item with a 40% refund. I firmly told him that I wanted to return the items for a full refund and requested the return address with shipping instruction. They finally sent it to me and it was in China and they told me the shipping was on me. They offered me a 60% refund which I took because I had no idea what the shipping fees would be to China. None of this was forthcoming on the website when you ordered items. This was a total scam - never had this kind of experience with a company that is well represented on Instagram, Pinterest & PayPal. I can’t believe that I’m the only one that has had this experience and I believe the reviews that are showing on Clarendale‘s website are not real.

It took awhile to get to me, but worth the wait. I ordered 3 capri pants and they are so comfortable, they fit well. I use these capri’s for work and I can move freely in them. Thank you!

I ordered two dresses and a pair of pants, the order arrived timely and the articles of clothing are cute. One dress I wore once and washed and the seam opened up on the arm. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and made the complaint right by sending another dress.

Everything has gone great

I ordered the Veluna skirt in my normal size. The fabric and design was lovely, however the fit was a bit too tight. I contacted them right away and asked to exchange it for a larger size. The response was immediate, professional and accommodating. I was told they would send me the large and I didn’t need to return the other one! I can’t wait to wear it! I will definitely be purchasing other items from this company.

The online ordering system sent confirmations and tracking updates the minute the confirmation went through. I received my order in less than 10 business days and the packaging was impressive for a pair of sunglasses. I will definitely order again from this company.
