I order two pairs of pants and two bras. The pants took forever to arrive and when they did, I didn't like the fit. They asked for pictures of me wearing them in order to return them! I refused! They offered me a credit of 40% to not return them which I accepted. It's been months and never received the bras. I've followed up numerous times and they have ghosted me. Don't buy from this company.

I like the quality of the bathing suit. The medium size was my size 150Lbs height 5'6. I love how it shape me, looks.

I ordered four items of clothing from them. They took a LONG time to arrive but when they did arrive they were very cheaply made, very very small and very hot material. They never replied to my request for a refund so far. There is no way this was a sale as advertised. I should have read the reviews first. This is one of the biggest scams I have had to deal with. No numbers to call, no reply from messages sent. I live on a fixed income and can’t afford to throw money away like this. They are not even good enough to donate. I can’t even use the cut up material for cleaning rags because they are a cheap rayon type material. They looked so cute on line.

The jumpsuit was beautiful; however, unfortunately, it fit perfectly everywhere except the top. If you have a larger cup, you will need to size up.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Clarendale. After waiting several weeks for my order to arrive, I was shocked by what I received. The pants I ordered were advertised as “Tailored Utility Pants” in a khaki linen blend, originally priced at $129.99 and offered at 50% off for a limited time. I paid $64.99 plus shipping. Unfortunately, the product I received bears very little resemblance to the item pictured on the website. First, the fit is completely wrong. I ordered a size 12, but there are absolutely no size tags, brand labels, fabric content labels, or care instructions anywhere on the garment, so I have no way of knowing what size was actually sent. The pants shown on the website also display a branded label on the back waistband, which is completely missing from the pair I received. The color is also significantly different. I ordered khaki, but what arrived is much closer to a dark mustard color. The biggest disappointment is the fabric and construction. The website describes these as a linen blend with a soft, relaxed drape. Instead, I received what appears to be a stiff, lightweight denim fabric that looks and feels nothing like linen. The details don’t match the advertised product either. The hardware is generic rather than what is shown online. Even the brass button is stamped “JEANS,” using a common off-the-shelf button that anyone can purchase. The workmanship is equally disappointing. The pant legs are simply serged at the bottom without being turned up and topstitched into a finished hem as shown in the product photos. If the hems are cuffed, the exposed serging makes the pants look unfinished. I have been a professional seamstress for more than 30 years, specializing in high-end custom draperies and soft furnishings. While I don’t expect every garment to be handcrafted, I do know quality construction when I see it. In my opinion, the garment I received does not match the quality, materials, or appearance of the product being advertised. Adding to my frustration, there was no packing slip, invoice, or product identification included with the shipment. The clear shipping bag had no identifying labels indicating the style, size, SKU, or even the product name. That made the entire experience feel unprofessional. To give Clarendale the opportunity to address these concerns, I contacted their customer service department immediately after receiving my order. As of the time of writing this review, more than 48 hours have passed and I have not received any response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. My hope is that Clarendale will respond, explain the discrepancies between the advertised product and what was delivered, and make this situation right.

I was getting very anxious about the delivery of my order that I needed by a set date. I contacted the customer service team and they were so prompt with their response and reassured me about my order. They contacted me regularly and made sure my order order had arrived. Which it did and in time for my holiday!! 😄. I can’t fault them. And my pants were perfect. 👌.

I ordered a bra and it’s not the right fit. I have emailed the support customer service site 3x with no response.
