“The company is using Black representation for marketing while excluding darker skin tones from its products. For instance, Curvella Adhesive Silicone Like Hip Pads for Instant Curves. That feels like tokenism and performative exclusion. It describes shade exclusion, colorism in product design and misleading representation. That’s wrong.

The item that arrived was not at all as depicted in the ad. I ordered a rusted metal 3 dimensional bird/flower garden stake and what came was a flat, thin piece of tin that had a picture of rust painted on it and a photograph of the bird/flower image painted on the tin.! Not 3-D and not rusted metal. It came in a cardboard envelope, not a box as expected. A total rip-off. Worth about $ 2.00 at the dollar store - Not $ 65.00 that was charged.

I was lead to believe this shipped within the USA. Got an email that it was delivered. Checked my porch and mailbox. Nothing. Contacted 4 times, never got a reply. Registering a dispute with my credit card company. Finally received my order after another 12 days from the time they said it was supposedly delivered. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I ordered a dress, the sizing is way off and the fabric feels cheap and the dress has no label. I have written to the company 3 times and have not had a response. I regret not looking at reviews for this company before buying.

Followed the sizing guide and ordered accordingly. Pants did not even come close to fitting. I requested a return authorization number and refund and have received no response after 3 attempts. I want my money back, not replacement pants. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee but this is not bearing out. Terrible service. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered a wallet product from them after seeing it advertised online. They claim 100% satisfaction or full refund. I find the wallet is made from cheap materials and and asked for a refund and instructions on returning the item. I sent this refund request on 7/18/26. (Order #2755509). I received no response to my email. On 7/21/26 I emailed a second request with the previous request attached. Again I received no response. On 7/23/26 I sent a third request with the first two requests attached. All of these requests were sent to the email address specified on their website (support email). I have yet to receive any response from them whatsoever. BUYER BEWARE Looks like if you buy it - you better like it, as you are stuck with no options.

I would not recommend buying any clothing items from Clarendale - VERY POOR quality. I received my Marsona utility pants. I washed and dried them and they shrank 5 inches and no longer fit. The pants had NO label. In fact, it looked like there was a label, but that it was cut out. Therefore, I did not know what the pants were made of and there were NO washing instructions. This is against the law. In the United States, clothing cannot be legally sold without a label identifying what it is made of if it contains textile fibers. Federal law, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), requires that all textile fiber products sold in the U.S. — including apparel — carry a label listing the fiber content by generic name and percentage. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of $64.99 back to the original form of payment. I was offered another pair of pants, but why would I want another pair of such poor quality that if they accidentally got placed in the dryer, I would not be able to wear them. So I declined this offer and was only offered a 20% refund - oh, and I get to keep the paints I can no longer wear - how generious.
