This is a scammer company. They send you product that is NOT at all what the description or pictures describe. That quality is very poor and sizes are not even close to the size described. I am trying to get a full refund within the 30 days all I have got so far is a 60% credit of the full amount and keep the product. I am just going to call my credit card company and have them deal with this scammer company. Their product is crap which is why they don’t want it back and I’m not settling for a 60% credit from a scammer company. JUST DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

This is the worst online purchase I have ever made. First, the quality of the clothes is poor, badly sized and cheap fabric. Their return policy is vitually impossible. They kept offering me store credit or partial refund. I could keep the stuff. Why would I want to keep such bad quality stuff? Many emails back and forth. Never buy from them.

So happy with my order! I accidentally ordered some jeans I was perusing and they ended up being the perfect fit!! Now I will be ordering another!! Great products and sizing is very accurate. Also handling and tracking of my order was very professional.

I purchased the Marelle dress and when it arrived it was nothing like the one on the website ! The quality of the fabric was very cheap an did not have the fall as shown in the photos or anything like the description on their website. I immediately repackaged the item and emailed Clarendale to say I wanted a refund due to the above reasons and instead of apologizing and processing a refund they kept emailing me saying I could keep the dress if I accepted a 150% credit. I emailed them saying I did not want to keep the dress and asked again for a refund but they kept emailing me trying to offer credit !! I do not want a credit ! I want a full REFUND and I made this very clear to Clarendale however they do not want to refund ! DO NOT BUY from Clarendale - they are not honest traders , they have poor quality products that do not match their webstore and they do not honour their own refund policy . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

This is possibly the worst hat I have ever seen! The hats that i received don't resemble anything like what they have on the website. I am not sure where the reviews are coming from!! These hats are flimsy, badly made and to make matters worse, the label has the sharp metal part of it sticking on the inside.m. It's a joke! I want a full refund !!!!!!!!!!

this company is a complete scam. What they send you is cheap and poorly finished clothing with poor quality material. They promise returns within 30 days, and when you start the retturn procecess they offer you to keep the product, they keep going back and forth trtying to not return it, they offered 20% refund. The following below is their 3rd response trying to NOT RETURN the dress: (Copied &Pasted):Thank you for getting back to me. Before we go that route, I'd love to offer you two alternatives, completely your choice: A 120% store credit to spend on anything in our store, whenever you like, in case there was anything else you had your eyes on. It comes as a gift card that never expires, has no minimum spend, and is fully transferable, so you can use it yourself or pass it on to a friend. Or, if you prefer, a 20% refund of your purchase price, and you get to keep the product without having to send it back If one of these feels right, I'll process it right away. The dress I ordered came very quick and I must say I’m over the moon, it’s absolutely adorable and it literally is so soft, like a frikin blanket! I’m in love!
