Bad Company! service never worked from get go. Does not respond support tickets. acts like large company actually a little ma pa company. The do not honor the 15 day warranty and try to use the old it a service line on paypal but not setting up a service to work and not fixing it is covered under the fraud policy avoid this company go to fragnet. Responses yo your lie to act like u tried fix this 💯 veryone knows a crap company when they simply try not to fix the issue show the responses to support ticket right u never responded so there are none. Since you sold to me in Iowa enjoy the small claims court case you will have to come to Iowa to respond a honest company fixes not calls customer liar also make sure to post the money being returned to me from PayPal as you did not provide a service or product as they never worked which they call fraud . Like I said post as many response as you like you still never answered in your response when did you not fix the man's server never showed response to support tickets and never honored 15 days warranty of satisfaction. This will cost you more in sales just trying to be stubborn admit you messed up got someone stands up to you and screw a person over for not doing your job as a company. Stop screwing people and trying get aways saying it a service I not have give u money back sound like a real good company. Nice try on your rebuttal I played the tape left on your answering machine oh and check out PayPal they saw and heard the tape of the call and I had screen shots of u not answering the support tickets and PayPal refunded my money as I said you were classified as a fraud and you laughed said not a item they will never refund money! yes they did! This gentleman called this morning and stated that we do not answer tickets. I replied that we answer everything and inquired his name. He asked if I was the owner and I quickly replied that I was. He then said, "Well you just called me a liar. " When this happens, we quickly ask the client to open a support ticket so we have all communications in writing. He did and this is his ticket. ``` Posted today at 12:14 YOU CAN SAY THAT A SERVICVE IS NOT COVERED HANG UP THE PHONE AS YOU PLEASE I USE TO OWN USGAME SERVER AND SOLD BEOFETHE INDUSTRY WENT IN THE TAKE YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE SUPPOR T TICKETS U HANG UP ON PEOPLE BUT HATE BREAK BAD NEW PAYPAL DOES SUPPORT FRAUD WHICH YOU ARE DOING SO I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND AS I AM A BUSINESS OWNER AND DO OVER 350,000 A YEAR IN SALES THREW PAYPAL THEY WILL NOT LOOSE ME OVER YOU BUSINESS PRACTICES GOOD DAY SINCERLY GUNNY MILLER ``` I replied ... ``` Daniel, Since it has been a while since you probably ran a game server, there are some things you should know and most important is that steam now updates every other day and will ban your game and ability to create new GSLT's if you create a Knives ONLY game. You can read more about this on the steam forums but we did give you a link to it in the other ticket. Your welcome email has a link to the tutorial section - https://www.clanwarz.com/payments/knowledgebase/39/Counter-Strike-Global-Offensive-Tutorials There is also a link to this inside the client area > service page - https://clanwarz.gyazo.com/86889a2c2d19c7610781f7d952e3c75e There is also a link to this inside your Game Server Control Panel - https://clanwarz.gyazo.com/a070631e580ac560b530a02eab7026db We have answered every ticket you claim we have not answered - https://clanwarz.gyazo.com/ed9b67e19cd879e0a018c00e83532051 I also created a video that should show you everything I have explained above. https://images.screencasthost.com/daniel-miller-csgo Regards, ``` He replied ... ``` I can promise server never worked that is fraud you were a disrespectful ass on the phone I am a grown man I will spend money to make sure you loose business as you are horrible company that does not deliver on a product. I have also already ordered my it department to file negative reviews all over the internet and I have opened case with better business bureau and PayPal maybe should treat customers with respect I am old enough to be your father ``` He replied again ... ``` Put what ever rebuttle u want I have a recorded phone message were u called me a liar also u are scan artist your server never worked you never answer tickets to fix it and still never fixed it so it is reported to PayPal as a fraud payment as you are selling a product you are not doing please post when I win so you can see you have lost with PayPal also being I live in Iowa as I said I do not dishonest company's that defraud I will be filing small claims in Iowa here enjoy your trip from Arkansas to Iowa for court you can not continue to screw people over know you are and think you will post responses people will see you are a scammer a real company would apologize that your crap server was not working and would have fixed or honored you 15 day refund policy and yes idiot I never treated my customers at us game server saying liar we answer support tickets since u kileposti g shitpost your response to the support ticket that right can not never responded to them. ``` So Daniel states we never answered any support tickets ... we answered every one of his tickets and the conversation is listed above. I don't think Daniels understands what a support ticket is? He also states he has a recording of me calling him a liar. He should post that recording so everyone believes him.

Clanwarz is a great hosting service for game servers! They really care about their customers and try to meet the needs of everyone. I had a small hiccup with my game server and one of the staff talked me through everything and we came to a solution. Would highly recommend, great prices!

Went to the live chat for support, the agent was completely unprofessional, had tons of typos, and when I asked if I could do something manually, Lisa said, "Read above mate," felt super unprofessional ~ Won't be using them again.

Brilliant customer support, we had an issue that was sorted out by the owner. Now if that isn't good I do not know what is!!!
