Today June 8th at approximately 5:30 I visited the Claire’s store located at 6859 Main Street in the Mayfair location in Wilmington NC. Upon arriving my granddaughter and I looked around, I then went to the counter to inquire about ear piercing, as I approached the clerk named (Morgan) to ask my question she hardly acknowledged me, no hello, may I help you or anything which I find very rude of her. I proceeded to ask my question and as she began to answer she turned and walked away from me toward the piercing table. I said to her,you walked off and I didn’t hear what you said. At that time she picked up the sign on the table and pointed it at me and never said a word. I than said to her, the reason I asked you the question regarding ear piercing is that I didn’t have my glasses and could not read the small print. She put the sign back on the table, said ok then…and walked off. I got my granddaughter and I stopped at the counter and asked (Morgan) if she had a card with Claire’s manger’s number or the home office number. She Immediately answered with a sarcastic tone ‘ I’am the Manager!!!! I said to her that ‘I Could Not believe with her Rudeness and her not acknowledging customers as they walk in could possibly be a manger. She responded with, leave, Don’t come back, Claire’s won’t go broke loosing your business!!! I did snap a picture of her to send to this company. I definitely wanted Claire’s CEO, President, Manager to see the rude, unfriendly so call manager they have representing there company.
