Got one of the purple poofy balls the first time. The ball was very entertaining, but the strap on top broke not even 2 hours after playing with it. The next time I also got the same thing, just a different color which was orange and the strap broke after I pulled the tag off (The tag is DIRECTLY on the strap) and as much as I love claires, the strap is super weak and breaks always.

J'ai passé une commande le 05 décembre, expédiée le 09. j'ai envoyé des mails pour savoir où ça en était et aucune réponse, le tel idem que les autres répondeur après 20 minutes d'attente. J'ai enfin reçu mon colis aujourd'hui (coup de bol quelqu'un était chez moi et a pu récupérer la commande sinon ça repartait car j'étais pas prévenue). Je mets 3 étoiles car les produits achetés sont tops et que j'ai reçue ma commande avant noël ouf ! mais le suivi de livraison est une vraie catastrophe. Je ne commanderai plus en période de fêtes (même si les offres y sont super alléchantes) mais je peux pas non plus mettre 1 seule étoile car vraiment ils ont de très bons articles et que vu les offres proposées pendant les fêtes fallait s'attendre à de tels délais.

Received 3 items of 12 that I ordered - not all dispatched, but no notification as to whether other items will follow. Also, the packet it was sent in was clearly ripped open and badly resealed with celotape and several items that were supposed to be in there were missing. I've tried emailing and calling - no responses to emails, and you hang on the line for 20 minutes and it then just cuts you off! UPDATE: I've had an email from Claire's and they have dealt with my complaint very professionally. Getting hold of them has been difficult, however I will give credit to the customer service rep who has since been very helpful (Philomena).

Amended my review in light of the customer service I received via twitter this morning. I've been refunded for the whole order. Most items were missing but all were refunded as a gesture of goodwill. The parcel had been delivered via Hermes. I've had a number of damaged goods delivered via them. I just wish companies would use a different courier or that Hermes could get their act together. Claires could have packaged my items more appropriately so that the package would have been less likely to be damaged like it was. It was delayed somewhat which made me think at the time that it may have been damaged and sure enough it was. In future I will visit a Claires shop to make purchases rather than online. Also, to those emailing and phoning with no response, try to DM via twitter to their help page. My rating was 0 before but in light of the fact that they have put this right, I've upgraded the rating. I wasn't asked to review my comment but thought it fair to do so.

Ich habe am Samstag eine Kette für meine Tochter gekauft, diese ist am selben Tag noch kaputt gegangen ich habe den Support angeschrieben naja dieser könnte mir nicht helfen ich soll doch bitte in den Shop fahren und diese da zurück geben. Naja ich fahre zu dem Shop 40 min ca. Der Sprit würde mich mehr als der Artikel kosten, der Support kommt mir da nicht entgegen leider, davon bin ich sehr enttäuscht!!

J'ai commandé pour la 1ère fois en ligne le 24/03/21, montant de 49,00€. La commande a été expédiée le 30/03/21 partiellement (un article en rupture de stock, je n'ai pas été débitée de cet article). A la lecture des avis négatifs, j'avoue que je m'inquiétais surtout que l'on a pas de numéro de suivi, service client injoignable au telf mais j'ai été livrée aujourd'hui 09/04/2021 ! Il ne manque rien, emballage soigné, articles conformes, je suis ravie ! Soyez patients, c'est écrit sur le site qu'en ce moment il faut ajouté 7 jours ouvrés supplémentaires, aux 7j ouvrés (14j ouvrés au total) en temps normal à cause du Brexit.
