I was very disappointed with CKY over Labor Day weekend. I went through all the trouble to enter in a number of books, prepare them for shipment, and then find out that there was a problem with the system. This was very poor customer service. You should have honored your quotes. The wording of your email telling me that you were not going to accept my trade ins was very rude. When I tried to send an email, the address was invalid. And then after the system was back up none of the books I had processed were acceptable. Then the pricing on other sites had changed or were discontinued by the time I was able to reprocess them. I really hope you finally have your act together. I really don't know where this review is going. Is it only for you to know how much you screwed up? Or is this actually going to be published somewhere so that other potential customers know to be leary?

I love to do business with CKY Books. CKY offers amazing buy back prices on most books. Fast money transfer if you choose Paypal (from the time they received my book, the money went into my Paypal account within 24 hours... Isn't that amazing FAST? This place is great! I mailed my books on Tuesday, they had them on Friday and I got paid Monday. The company sent me emails when they received the books and sent several more so I knew where they were in the process and I was kept well informed. On top of everything they paid me the full quote and not a cent less. I would absolutely do business with them in the future!

No muss, no fuss. A company with integrity. Other similar companies might not let anyone sell books with their company unless the seller is a student, but there was no such requirement here. Other companies might say they can't send a check right away because they are waiting for funding to come in. No such problem here. I had a small glitch when placing my order but customer service contacted me immediately to get it resolved. My books were sold for a higher price than with any other website: it's a pleasure doing business with them!!
