beautiful product & quick shipping

Product is great. My only complaint it took a month to get and not the 2 weeks they advertised.

The product looks great quality seems really good took a long time to receive. Not quite sold on the brackets that hold it definitely not the screw heads should have been torx heads so they don’t strip .

The website interface was professional and easy to use. All options were clearly described and in some cases illustrated. I ordered one pair of shades and was easily able to reorder a matching pair for another set of windows. The packaging only contained necessary parts and did not have extra paper/ instruction booklets. I love the QR code on the postcard size info sheet that also had a ruler printed on it. The videos were so helpful and easy to understand.

Great product and service ! Quality is great and very easy to install

1- Its taken too long for shipping order. 2-In one order I notice the string is off of track and it's not pulling up the shade. We were able to fixed it in-house. Please pay attention to quality control.

It took a bit of time to properly describe the problem. Once done, I was connected with someone who helped me resolve quickly.

Wonderful shades. Easy to install.
