The roller shade is very nice, operates well, and fits perfectly. However, the top of the room darkening shade has a gap which allows the light to shine in. A valance should be provided to cover the gap.

Product is great. My only complaint it took a month to get and not the 2 weeks they advertised.

The product looks great quality seems really good took a long time to receive. Not quite sold on the brackets that hold it definitely not the screw heads should have been torx heads so they don’t strip .

The blinds look amazing but one has a small rip in it.

Brian done a live call and walked me thru and discovered a faulty spring and offered a replacement. I thank Brian for his patience and professionalism.

The shades are very nice and easy to install. Had one shade that was a little difficult slightly twist in it but got it installed. They do not give you all the screws you need to completed the project. I did not have any screws for the chain locks. So it was not a perfect purchase. Direction where space as well.

Their motorized blinds are excellent. However, it happened on two separate occasions that a charger was not included with a motorized blind. Also, the cable from the motor in the blind is short, and the cable from the battery is short, which means you'll need an extension cable to place or mount the battery anywhere near the sill or side of window near the sill. Alternatively, even if you mount the battery at the top of the window, the cable on the charger won't reach all the way to the top of the window. Either way, remember to ask for an extension cable when you buy these. On a positive note, when I called to talk about the missing charger and the need for an extension cable, they very nicely sent those right away at no extra cost.

My customer satisfaction speaks to the beauty of the product. I had a difficult time find ing information about the rod diameter and the availability of an equivalent one plus the back order. Then I had to cut down the finials and paint the ends so that they could fit properly. But all said and done it worked out beautifully. And thankfully they you listened and we got it done
