CityShadeReviews of cityshadecompany.com

Very happy with outcome

Works perfectly. Looks great. Easy to install. I love that it mounts inside the window frame. Also love that this is a USA company!

Brian done a live call and walked me thru and discovered a faulty spring and offered a replacement. I thank Brian for his patience and professionalism.

The shades are very nice and easy to install. Had one shade that was a little difficult slightly twist in it but got it installed. They do not give you all the screws you need to completed the project. I did not have any screws for the chain locks. So it was not a perfect purchase. Direction where space as well.

Solid product, purchase cellular shades and they did not disappoint. Comparable, if not better quality than the Bali shades at Home Depot and better price about 30% cheaper (even with HD promo discount). Great service as well, called to clarify the order with good customer service/experience. Fast shipping. Will order again.

Their motorized blinds are excellent. However, it happened on two separate occasions that a charger was not included with a motorized blind. Also, the cable from the motor in the blind is short, and the cable from the battery is short, which means you'll need an extension cable to place or mount the battery anywhere near the sill or side of window near the sill. Alternatively, even if you mount the battery at the top of the window, the cable on the charger won't reach all the way to the top of the window. Either way, remember to ask for an extension cable when you buy these. On a positive note, when I called to talk about the missing charger and the need for an extension cable, they very nicely sent those right away at no extra cost.

city shades was great to work with! very nice quality to say the least too!!

I always look for quality and pricing, CityShade nails it. I will buy again and again from them.
