They were very responsive when one of the tubes broke for my new bike - try shipped a replacement tire and tube

I had a very mixed experience with CG. The negative - I found the phone customer service rep to be incredibly apathetic and rude to the point of causing me to rethink my Ebike purchase. This particular rep is likely losing a lot of money for City Grounds, and I hope they are able to correct this issue. The positive - The warehouse staff was incredibly kind, enthusiastic and helpful when I picked up my bicycle as well as when I wanted to purchase a couple accessories while I was there. This interaction went above and beyond in customer service and I was incredibly pleased when I left with my new bike. I am not a fan of leaving a poor review for any business, but I think the constructive criticism is very necessary for the continued success of this business.

I ordered my GT pro performer and my Mike buff fast ripper from citygrounds and all I have to say is the people were great I received my order fast and they were very knowledgeable of products that I purchased thanks

Best place to order bikes on line there is no bike store in Sacramento that can match there customer service fast shipping I also had couple of issues with bikes it wasn't there falut shipping is where bikes get damaged I had 3 bikes have issues I took pictures and they replacement parts fast i always wait for them to drop new SE bikes I'm waiting for the Quad 10 speed I seen Todd ride prototype I need that one

Purchase an open box SE BIKE for my son. It was an open box sale so we were not sure what to expect. The back came packed in its original box and it included tons of protective cardboard and foam. Delivery was less than a week from their location to Massachusetts. Couldn't be more happy, there were no scratches or dings on it.

Pinched rear tube before leaving the drive way on first ride and getting new tubes has been difficult since there unavailable from site. In hind sight I wish I had just bought from a department store.
